Media Consent -Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By registering, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes on social media (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc)
Alcohol & Safety - Smoking , alcohol and illegal substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the time of the event. Alcohol will not be served throughout the event.
Music Policy - Individual song requests will not be allowed to ensure a consistent dance experience for all participants.
Refund Policy - Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Conduct & Behaviour - This is a community dance event that focuses on absolute fun, positive vibes, and bringing people together through Tamil music. Please respect all participants, organizers, and venue staff.
Event Changes - The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, unavoidable situations or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
