Live Stream Ticket – Terms & Conditions

• Ticket Validity & Access
  Each confirmed purchase entitles the ticket holder to access the live stream event via the official platform only. Access details will be sent to the registered email address prior to the event.
• Access Restrictions
  Each ticket is valid for one (1) device/login only, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorised sharing of access details is strictly prohibited.
• Technical Requirements
  Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device. The platform shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by user-side technical issues.
• Event Schedule
  The live stream and zoom will be broadcast according to the scheduled date and time. Late access may result in missing part of the event, and no compensation shall be provided.
• Recording & Intellectual Property
  All content remains the property of the organiser. Recording, reproduction, distribution, or public display of the live stream is strictly prohibited.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
  All tickets sold are final. No cancellation, refund, or exchange will be entertained under any circumstences.
• Event Changes
  The organiser reserves the right to amend event details including date, time, and programme content without prior notice.
• Service Disruption
  In the event of technical disruption on the platform side, reasonable efforts will be made to resume the stream. No guarantees are provided for uninterrupted service.
• Limitation of Liability
  The platform and organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the event.
