PERSIDANGAN UNDANG-UNDANG TUANKU CANSELOR (TCC) 2026

Objektif penganjuran TCC 2026  adalah seperti berikut: 

i.Menghimpunkan ahli akademik, pengamal undang-undang, penyelidik dan pembuat dasar untuk membincangkan isu kontemporari berkaitan undang-undang dan masyarakat. 

ii.Menyediakan platform pembentangan dapatan penyelidikan terkini serta menggalakkan dialog ilmiah di peringkat antarabangsa. 

iii.Menggalakkan kolaborasi penyelidikan merentas bidang seperti undang-undang, jenayah, undang-undang digital, sosiologi, dasar awam, dan teknologi dan kelestarian 

iv.Menghasilkan penerbitan berimpak tinggi dan berkualiti. 

v.Mengukuhkan kedudukan Malaysia sebagai pusat wacana ilmiah di rantau Asia Tenggara.

1.Registration and Ticket Purchase 

All participants must complete the registration and payment process before the closing date set by the organiser. 

2.Payment Method 

Payment must be made through the prescribed methods. The organiser reserves the right to reject any incomplete or suspicious transactions. 

3.Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Tickets purchased are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 

4.Ticket Transfer 

Any request for transfer of ticket ownership is subject to the organiser’s approval and must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframe. 

5.Participant Attendance 

Participants are responsible for ensuring their attendance throughout the conference. Failure to attend will not entitle the participant for any refund. 

6.Programme Changes 

The organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the programme, including the date, time, or venue of the conference where necessary. 

7.Postponement or Cancellation of Event 

In the event that the conference is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and further action will be determined accordingly. 

8.Liability 

The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the conference. 

9.Organiser’s Rights 

Any changes are subject to the consideration and discretion of the organiser.
