1. Validity
* The Event Pass is only valid for ROCKFEST BORNEO event.
* The Event Pass grants access to enter any competition session for the whole event.
* Free seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Children aged 3 years old and above must purchase an Event Pass for entry.
2. Event Pass Purchase & Entry with Wristband
* Event Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by ONE holder per Event Pass.
* A QR code will be received via email after purchase, which must be exchanged for wristband(s) at the Registration Booth.
* Participants who are not competing in a specific competition session must have an Event Pass to spectate other competition sessions.
* Due to seating limitations, you may be asked to stand if seats are fully occupied.
* Each QR code can only be used once to redeem ONE wristband.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
* No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made. Please check all details before purchasing.
4. Event Rules & Conduct
* Attendees must follow all event rules and venue regulations.
* The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is disruptive or violates competition policies.
5. Photography & Media Release
* By purchasing a ticket, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and media use for promotional purposes.
6. Liability Disclaimer
* The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
