Small Changes

The core ideology of "Small Changes, Big Differences" led to the establishment of our organisation, Small Changes, in 2011. Initiated by a group of motivated and enthusiastic young adults during a casual yet productive meet-up, the birth of Small Changes was marked by their collective dedication. Undeterred by constraints of time and resources, they believed that the small changes made today would inevitably lead to significant differences. A decade later, this belief remains a guiding force for all our members, propelling our volunteer work. Small Changes aspires to transcend mere organisational status, aiming to serve as a platform for individuals—influential CEOs or struggling students—to empower their communities. Recognising the widespread lack of access to education in Malaysia, we strive to unite disparate pockets of society through our projects. Our ultimate objective is to ensure that underserved groups are aware of available opportunities and equipped to seize them, all while instilling social consciousness in our volunteers. Through volunteerism, we hope to empower them to become compassionate leaders and advocates for others.
