报名与资格（Registration & Eligibility）

a. 报名仅在成功付款后方视为确认。
Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment.

b. 参与者必须提供真实、完整及有效的个人资料。
Participants must provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information during registration.

c. 主办方保留核实参与者资格及拒绝任何不完整或资料不实报名之权利，恕不另行通知。
The Organiser reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and reject any incomplete or inaccurate registration without prior notice.

d. 活动开放予所有年龄层；18岁以下参与者须由父母或合法监护人全程陪同及监管。
The event is open to all age groups. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the event.

费用与退款政策（Fees & Refund Policy）

a. 所有报名费用及附加项目一律不设退款及不可转让。
All registration fees and add-ons are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

b. 任何错误报名、类别选择错误或附加项目购买一律不予退款，并视为捐款处理。
Any incorrect registration, category selection, or add-on purchase shall not be refunded and will be deemed as a donation to the event.

参赛包领取（Race Pack Collection）

a. 参赛包须于主办方指定之领取时间内领取。
Race packs must be collected within the official collection period stated by the Organiser.

b. 逾期未领取之参赛包将不会补发、寄送或保留。
Uncollected race packs will not be reissued, delivered, or held after the collection period.

活动参与规则（Participation Rules）

a. 参与者必须全程遵守工作人员指示。
Participants must comply with all instructions issued by event officials at all times.

b. 严禁转让报名及号码布。
Registration and bib transfer are strictly prohibited.

c. 任何危险、不当或扰乱秩序行为，主办方有权即时取消其资格。
Any unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.

健康与安全（Health & Safety）

a. 参与者确认自身身体及健康状况适合参与活动。
Participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the event.

b. 参与风险由参与者自行承担。
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

c. 主办方有权要求任何被判定不适合继续参与者退出活动。
The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or stop any participant deemed unfit or unsafe to continue.

免责声明（Liability & Indemnity）

a. 主办方不承担任何因参与活动所导致之受伤、损失、损坏、疾病或死亡责任。
The Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death arising from participation in the event.

b. 参与者同意就其参与行为所引起之任何索赔，免除并保障主办方责任。
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims arising from their participation.

活动更改与取消（Event Changes & Cancellation）

a. 主办方有权因天气、安全、政府指令或不可抗力因素延期、更改或取消活动。
The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government directives, or force majeure events.

b. 在上述情况下，报名费用一律不予退款。
No refunds will be issued for any registration fees under such circumstances.

活动当天规则（Race Day Rules）

a. 参与者须全程清晰佩戴号码布。
Participants must wear their bib numbers clearly at all times during the event.

b. 严禁携带宠物、脚车、滑板、轮鞋或任何电动设备。
Pets, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and any motorised devices are strictly prohibited.

c. 主办方有权取消任何违反规则者之资格。
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any rules or regulations.

d. 奖牌仅颁发予成功完成 Fun Run 的参与者。
Medals will only be awarded to participants who successfully complete the Fun Run.

个人财物（Personal Belongings）

a. 参与者须自行负责保管个人财物。
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

b. 主办方不承担任何个人财物遗失、失窃或损坏之责任。
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

媒体授权（Media Consent）

参与者同意活动期间拍摄之照片、影片及录制内容可由主办方用于宣传、市场推广及公关用途，无需任何补偿。
Participants agree that photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event may be used by the Organiser for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation.

报名即表示参与者已阅读、理解并同意受上述所有条款与细则约束。
By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions stated above.
