1. Registration & Payment
   All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment received. Tickets sold are non-refundable except in the event cancellation by the organiser. 
2. Ticket Validity
   Each ticket admits one (1) participant only and is valid strictly for the registered event date(s). 
3. Non-Transferable
   Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organiser. 
4. Event Changes
   The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, speakers, venue, schedule, or format if necessary without prior notice. 
5. Cancellation / Postponement
   In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refund arrangements will be communicated accordingly. 
6. Admission Rights
   The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or detrimental to the event. 
7. Photography & Recording Consent
   By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, documentation, and media purposes without compensation. 
8. Personal Belongings
   Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the event. 
9. Force Majeure
   The organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies. 
10. HRD Corp Claimable
    HRD Corp claim eligibility is subject to approval and compliance with HRD Corp requirements and policies. 
11. Data Protection
    By registering, participants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by the organiser for event management, communication, and related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
12. Certificate of Participation
    Certificates (if applicable) will only be issued to participants who fulfill the attendance requirements set by the organiser.
