Terms and Conditions – For Charterer/Guests

• Kindly contact +6012-900 8200 to make bookings. Bookings can be made at “zero hour” subject to availability. 
• Embarkation/Disembarkation location – PD World Marina & Hardstand. Please call the booking hotline number 012 900 8200 for directions or Waze – Dickson Dragon Cruise, or PD World Marina & Hardstand
• Kindly present valid QR Ticket during registration before boarding the boat.
• All non-transferable tickets will only be valid for the Service specified upon purchase, and your ticket cannot be transferred for use of any other service.
• Suppose a Service is delayed or cancelled due to an Event Outside Our Control (ex: Bad weather or Technical problems). In that case, Platinum Charters will endeavor to reschedule the service for a different day at no extra cost. This decision will be at Platinum Charters’s sole discretion.
• Only for non-Malaysians, we will refund 100% of the ticket price if you cannot sail on a different date. For Malaysians, we will not refund, but your ticket will be valid for 6 months. 
• All passengers must pay attention to and comply with all regulations and notices relating to the safety and security of the boat, crew, passengers, and boarding facilities.
• Please check in at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you are late and the boat has departed, there will not be a refund. 
• All passengers must complete the Indemnity form(Google form) as required by Jabatan Laut Malaysia(Marine Department of Malaysia). All passengers MUST comply with this rule. 
• Please bring your bathing suit and bath towels if you intend to indulge yourself in any sea activities. If you do not have a Bath Towel, it is available on board for rent at RM5 per towel.
• Salt Water Jacuzzi is only available for use during good weather only. The Captain of Dickson Dragon will decide whether it is safe for use or not. 
• Latest activity on board - Jack Sparrow Slide. Only for 14yrs old and above. 
• Free flow of Orange Juice, Filtered Water, and Banana Cake. Mineral Water, Canned Drinks, and Local Beers are sold on board. We also have an à la carte menu for guests to order their food, and please pre-order through our Booking Hotline Number. We do accept food orders during cruises, but they are subject to availability. If guests bring their alcoholic beverages, corkage applies.
• If you wish to reschedule your cruise date, we require a minimum of 24hrs notice before the original sailing date. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a forfeit of total charges. Rescheduling will incur additional handling charges of RM10.00 per ticket. 
• All Refunds will be reimbursed within 7 working days from the cancellation date, contingent upon the receipt of the necessary information, including the recipient's name, identification number, and banking details.
• If you have missed the boat, we may prepare a speedboat for you. Charges apply.
