1. Ticketing & Admission
- Each ticket admits up to four (4) attendees and includes one (1) designated picnic mat.
- A valid e-ticket (digital or printed copy) must be presented upon registration for event entry.
- Admission is only valid for the event date and session stated on the ticket.
- Early Bird admission is exclusively available for the first twenty (20) picnic mat bookings only and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Children Policy
- This event is recommended for children aged 6 years old and above.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the event.
3. Picnic Mat Allocation
- Each registered group will be allocated one (1) picnic mat with a maximum capacity of four (4) persons.
- Picnic mat allocation will be arranged by the organizer on a first-come, first-served basis and is not selectable.
4. Event Schedule
- The event will be held from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
- Guests are encouraged to arrive early to fully enjoy the scheduled activities and experiences.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the event schedule where necessary.
5. Personal Belongings & Equipment
- Attendees are welcome to bring personal picnic accessories and equipment.
- Skateboards and other personal recreational equipment are not provided by the organizer.
- Any use of personal belongings or equipment during the event shall be at the attendee’s own discretion and risk.
- The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
6. Safety & Liability
- Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of individuals under their supervision during the event.
- The organizer, including Munchy’s LEXUS shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the event or related activities.
- Participation in all event activities is strictly at the attendee’s own risk.
7. Food & Picnic Experience
- Complimentary items, picnic experiences, gifts, and activities are subject to availability while stocks last.
- The organizer reserves the right to substitute any items with alternatives of similar value without prior notice.
- All visuals and promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
8. Event Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with event regulations.
9. Weather / Force Majeure Policy
- The event will proceed as scheduled unless circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control render it unsafe or impractical to continue.
- In the event of cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event, official announcements and further instructions will be communicated through the organizer’s official channels.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds will only be considered if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
11. Photography & Media Consent
- By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for marketing, promotional, publicity, and documentation purposes without further compensation or notice.

- The organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By purchasing and/or using the ticket, attendees are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

- By registering for and attending the event, attendees consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data by the organizer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, name, contact number, email address, photographs, videos, and any information submitted during registration or participation.
- The collected personal data may be used for event management, participant verification, marketing, promotional activities, future event updates, and other related purposes by the organizer and/or appointed third parties.
- The organizer shall take reasonable precautions to protect attendees’ personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Yes. The event venue is sheltered and equipped with covered areas, allowing the event to proceed comfortably even during rainy weather conditions unless otherwise advised by the organizer.
3. Does one (1) ticket admit one (1) person only?
No. One (1) ticket admits up to FOUR (4) persons and includes ONE (1) picnic mat.
4. Can I attend with less than four (4) persons?
Yes, attendees may attend with less than four (4) persons. However, the ticket pricing remains the same per picnic mat booking.
5. Can I add extra attendees to my picnic mat?
No. Each picnic mat has a maximum capacity of four (4) persons only. Participants with more than four (4) attendees are encouraged to purchase an additional ticket.
