The organiser reserves the right to void any registration found to be submitted by individuals who are not students of SMK Mahsuri for the Mahsuri Students Category. Any registration fees paid will not be refunded under such circumstances.
This event is open to all Malaysian citizens and foreign nationals who possess valid legal documents.
Participants below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian.
By completing the online registration form, participants agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and terms of this event.
All participants are required to wear and display their race bib number prominently on the front of their body at all times throughout the race for verification and safety purposes.
The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any rules and regulations of the race from time to time as deemed appropriate.
Once registration confirmation has been completed, any request for changes to shirt size or other participant details will not be entertained under any circumstances. Participants are advised to ensure that all information provided is accurate before confirming their registration.
Race kit collection is only permitted on the date and time specified by the organiser. Collection on the morning of the event day is strictly NOT allowed under any circumstances.
Participants who are unable to attend the race day for any reason shall not be entitled to claim any refund or compensation from the organiser.
Finisher medals will only be awarded to participants who successfully complete the race on the event day, subject to the participant wearing the official race bib and official running shirt. Participants who do not attend the event are not eligible to claim a finisher medal.
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions (such as haze or heavy rain) or an outbreak of infectious diseases, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event for the safety of all parties involved. In such circumstances, participants’ entry entitlements will remain valid. However, requests for refunds of registration fees will not be entertained.
Any uncollected race kits after the designated collection date and time shall be subject to disposal by the organiser without any compensation or claims from participants.
The organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including participant photographs), video recordings, audio recordings, or any other records of the event for lawful purposes, including commercial advertising and promotional activities.
The organiser will not entertain any enquiries, requests, or complaints submitted after the race date. Participants are advised to ensure that all matters related to their participation are resolved before or during the event day.
Registered participants who take part in the event are deemed to have acknowledged that they are physically fit and medically suitable to participate. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any health complications arising before, during, or after the event due to the participant’s existing health condition. However, medical and first aid teams will be provided throughout the event.
The organiser reserves the right to advise any participant to discontinue participation if the participant shows signs of illness or is deemed unfit to continue.
The organiser’s decision shall be final.
