Borneo Workplace Conference 2026

GOSPEL and GLORY
15–16 September 2026 | Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), Kota Kinabalu

The Borneo Workplace Conference 2026 is a catalytic gathering for Christians across Sabah and Sarawak, designed to awaken, equip, and commission believers to live out their faith boldly in the marketplace.

Held strategically over Malaysia Day, this is more than a conference, it’s a prophetic moment. As our nation marks its unity and identity, we gather with a deeper purpose: to see Christians in the workplace rise, be counted, and play their part in shaping the future of Malaysia with faith, integrity, and courage.

This is your moment to step into something bigger than yourself.

The Heart of the Conference

Connect. Inspire. Flourish.

At the core of this conference are three powerful pillars that shape the entire experience:

Connect
You were never meant to journey alone. Build meaningful relationships with like-minded believers across industries, churches, and cities. Find your people; those who will walk with you, pray with you, and stand with you as you live out your faith in the workplace.

Inspire
Be stirred by stories, insights, and truth that awaken fresh vision. Through powerful sessions and authentic sharing, rediscover what it means to carry the Gospel into your daily work with boldness, clarity, and conviction.

Flourish
Step into a life where your faith and work are fully integrated. Be equipped not just to survive in your workplace but to thrive, lead with purpose, and create lasting impact wherever God has placed you.

Why This Conference Matters

Across East Malaysia, God is stirring hearts in the marketplace. Professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and young adults are beginning to see their work not just as a career but as a mission field.

Borneo Workplace Conference 2026 exists to:

  • Ignite a fresh vision of work as worship

  • Equip believers to integrate faith into everyday work

  • Raise leaders who carry both excellence and conviction

  • Commission a generation to impact Malaysia from the inside out

Meet Our Speakers

Be inspired and challenged by voices who are shaping faith in the workplace across the region:

Paulus Bambang (Indonesia)
A respected marketplace leader with a passion to mobilize Christians in business and leadership, Paulus is known for equipping believers to integrate faith into everyday work with boldness and purpose.

Idris Jala & Leon Jala (Game of the Impossible)
Featured voices behind the Game of the Impossible podcast, they bring powerful perspectives from leadership, transformation, and real-world impact. Their journey reflects how courage, faith, and vision can shape organisations and even nations.

Pastor Philip Lyn (Skyline SIB)
A key pastoral voice in East Malaysia, Pastor Philip carries a deep conviction to see believers live out their faith meaningfully in every sphere—including the workplace.

Pastor Rachel Bulan (Tribal Gathering)
A passionate leader with a heart for identity, unity, and purpose, Pastor Rachel represents a growing movement of believers rising to influence their communities with authenticity and courage.

A Shared Movement

This conference is made possible through a spirit of unity across churches, organizations, and communities in Sabah, Sarawak, and Kuala Lumpur coming together with one shared vision: to see believers empowered and activated in the workplace.

What to Expect

Over two transformative days, you’ll experience:

  • Inspiring keynote sessions that reshape how you see your work

  • Practical equipping for real-world workplace challenges

  • Moments of consecration and encounter with God

  • Meaningful connections with like-minded believers

  • A commissioning to go back and make a difference

This Malaysia Day… Rise and Be Counted

This is not just another event on the calendar. It’s a call.

A call to step out of passive faith into active influence.
A call to carry the Gospel into boardrooms, offices, classrooms, and businesses.
A call to love our nation not just in words but through transformed lives and workplaces.

Malaysia needs believers who will rise.

Will you be one of them?
