KIDSFEST 2026

  Kidsfest is a place where kids discover that the amazing God who made the whole universe actually knows them, loves them and has a plan just for them.   

There'll be awesome games, new friendships waiting to be made and so much joy as we explore just how incredible life with Jesus can be. 

Whether your child has been with us before or this is their very first time, there's a place here just for them.

Open to all kids aged 4–12.

The registration includes a lunch meal and tea break/snacks for all participants.

Parent/Guardian Information

Kidsfest Ends at: 3PM
Pick-Up Time: 3PM - 3:30PM

Tickets

1. Children's tickets are for kids aged 4–12. Parents/Guardians don't need to stay, but if they do decide to, they'll need a ticket of their own.
2. Tickets can be passed on to someone else if your plans change, but they cannot be refunded or transferred to a future event date.

Food/Snacks

1. Lunch and tea break snacks are included in every child's registration.
2. However, if your child has specific or sensitive dietary requirements, kindly arrange for them to have the necessary food/snacks. 

Safety & Care

1. All children will be looked after by the WHC Kids volunteer team throughout the day.
2. We take child safety seriously and will do everything we can to create a safe, caring environment. All WHC Kids volunteers adhere to our Child Protection Policy.
3. By registering, you're giving permission for your child to join in all activities on the day. Note: Everything in Kidsfest is voluntary and your child will not be pressured to participate.
4. If a parent/guardian is not present, should your child require your assistance, our team will contact you right away.

Photos & Videos

1. Kidsfest will be photographed and filmed. These may be used by the organisers for social media or future promotions. 
2. By attending Kidsfest 2026, you agree to you and your child being photographed and/or filmed during the event.
3. If you'd prefer your child not to be photographed or filmed, please ensure to let our Kids Team know when you check in on the day of the event.

Parent/Guardian Consent

1. When you tick "I agree" during registration, you're saying: "I am the parent or I am the legal guardian of my child and I give permission for my child to attend Kidsfest 2026 and take part in all its activities. I understand the team will take reasonable steps to keep my child safe and will contact me if any concerns arise."
2. Kidsfest is a Christian event.
3. The organisers may update these terms at any time.
4. WHC and the Kids Team are not responsible for injury or loss of personal belongings during the event; attendees (parents/guardians/children) are encouraged to take reasonable care and follow the guidelines given on the day.
