SAGA NUSANTARA FESTIVAL 2026 (SNF26)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The following items are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds:
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks or explosives
- Laser pointers
- Drones without prior written approval
- Any item deemed hazardous by the organiser or security personnel
2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, unlawful, or deemed to pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others. No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.
3. Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by the organiser, festival staff, security personnel, medical personnel, and authorised representatives.
4. By entering the festival grounds, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. Such materials may be used by the organiser for promotional, marketing, publicity, archival, or media purposes without compensation or further notice.
5. Attendees are expected to respect all cultural performances, traditional ceremonies, workshops, exhibitors, performers, and fellow visitors. Any conduct deemed disrespectful or inappropriate may result in removal from the festival grounds.
6. Food and beverages sold within the festival grounds are provided by independent vendors. The organiser shall not be liable for any food-related allergies, reactions, disputes, or claims arising from purchases made with vendors.
7. Saga Nusantara Festival 2026 is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the organiser or relevant authorities.
8. Attendees enter and participate in the festival at their own risk. The organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, accident, or incident occurring within the festival grounds except where required by law.
9.In the event of an emergency, all attendees must follow instructions issued by security personnel, emergency services, medical teams, festival staff, and authorised representatives.
10. The organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or modify the festival due to adverse weather, public health concerns, government directives, natural disasters, civil disturbances, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. The organiser reserves the right to amend, supplement, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Dress Code: Smart Casual, Traditional, or Cultural Attire. Guests are encouraged to celebrate the spirit of Saga Nusantara Festival by wearing traditional, ethnic, or heritage inspired clothing. Attire must be respectful, family-friendly, and appropriate for a public cultural event.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to individuals wearing clothing or accessories that are offensive, indecent, or may cause discomfort to other guests.
14. For Day 2 (Patehan, VIP luncheon, and Cultural Night), Guests attending the Royal Patehan Ceremony and Santapan Nusantara are encouraged to wear Traditional, Batik, Kebaya, Baju Melayu, Baju Kurung, or Smart Cultural Attire to enhance the ceremonial atmosphere of the programme.
