Are you currently completing your Half Marathon in 3:30 to 4:00 hours and looking for a structured way to improve?
The MITOGELS Sub 2:30 Half Marathon Running Class is a 23-week progressive training program designed to help runners build the correct foundation, improve efficiency, and work towards a faster Half Marathon performance.
This is not just another running class. Participants will learn how to improve through a combination of:

✅ Running by Feel Without Over-Relying on a Watch
Every session includes 1 FREE Mitogels (worth RM12.90 each) to support your training and recovery. Over the entire program, participants will receive 23 FREE Mitogels worth RM296.70.
