MITOGELS SUB 2:30 HALF MARATHON RUNNING CLASS

Are you currently completing your Half Marathon in 3:30 to 4:00 hours and looking for a structured way to improve?

The MITOGELS Sub 2:30 Half Marathon Running Class is a 23-week progressive training program designed to help runners build the correct foundation, improve efficiency, and work towards a faster Half Marathon performance.

This is not just another running class. Participants will learn how to improve through a combination of:

✅ Running Technique Correction

✅ Pacing Strategy Development

✅ Running Strength Training

✅ Long Run Strategy

✅ Breathing Method

✅ Heart Rate Control Training

✅ Race Day Strategy

✅ Running by Feel Without Over-Relying on a Watch

Every session includes 1 FREE Mitogels (worth RM12.90 each) to support your training and recovery. Over the entire program, participants will receive 23 FREE Mitogels worth RM296.70.

  1. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.

  2. Early Bird pricing is valid until 30 June 2026 only.

  3. All sessions purchased must be redeemed on or before 25 November 2026.

  4. Any unused sessions after 25 November 2026 will be forfeited and cannot be extended, carried forward, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

  5. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the training sessions.

  6. Participants are encouraged to inform the coaching team of any existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before joining the class.

  7. The organizer reserves the right to modify the training schedule, venue, coach assignment, or program content when necessary.

  8. In the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be postponed, relocated, or adjusted.

  9. Participants attend the training sessions at their own risk. The organizer, coaches, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation.

  10. Each training session includes one (1) complimentary Mitogels sachet while stocks last. The organizer reserves the right to replace the complimentary item with an equivalent product if necessary.

  11. Photos and videos taken during training sessions may be used by LGRA, Mitoceps Plus, and event partners for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

  12. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

  13. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or detrimental to the learning environment.

  14. By registering for the MITOGELS Sub 2:30 Half Marathon Running Class, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
