⚠️ Important Registration Note:
Registering on Ticket2U secures your tentative slot. Because we manage payments externally, this is a two-step process:

- RSVP here on Ticket2U (Free entry checkout).
- Check your phone/email: Our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours with a private link to complete the RM20 commitment fee payment. Your official seat is only locked in after the payment is verified.

1. Payment Process: This is a non-profit community event with a RM20 commitment fee (covers snacks, drinks, and lunch). Ticket2U is used for RSVP collection only. Upon registering here, you will be contacted by AZIL Engineering via WhatsApp/Email with the official payment link.
2. Refund Policy: Tickets sold are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person; please notify the organizer at least 48 hours before the event.
3. Program Alterations: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or layout of the event if necessary.
4. Health & Safety: Participants are expected to behave professionally and adhere to any venue rules set by Sembang Space.
