TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. TICKET PURCHASE & ENTRY

• All tickets must be purchased through the official Ticket2U platform.

• Each valid ticket admits one (1) person only.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• Ticket holders must present a valid Ticket2U QR code (digital or printed) for entry.

• Duplicate, altered, or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

• This event is strictly for persons aged 18 years and above.

• Valid government-issued identification (MyKad, Passport, Driving License) may be required upon entry.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person unable to provide proof of age.

3. ENTRY POLICY

• Admission is subject to venue capacity and security clearance.

• Ticket holders are advised to arrive early.

• Re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

• Wristbands issued at the venue must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.

4. SECURITY & SCREENING

• All guests are subject to security checks, bag inspections, and personal screening upon entry.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items

• Fireworks, flares, lasers, or hazardous materials

• Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment without media accreditation

• Any item deemed dangerous by venue security

6. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 21 years and above.

• The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

8. EVENT CHANGES

• Respect fellow attendees, performers, staff, and venue personnel.

• Harassment, violence, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

11. AGREEMENT
