1. Registration & Payment
All registrations are only confirmed upon full payment received.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one (1) participant only and is valid strictly for the registered Makeup Masterclass by Alha Alfa Cosmetics event date.
3. Non-Transferable Policy
Tickets are strictly non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from the organiser.
4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, masterclass content, schedule, speakers, makeup artists, venue, or format if necessary without prior notice.
5. Cancellation / Postponement
If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refund arrangements will be communicated accordingly.
6. Admission Rights
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe to the learning environment or other participants.
7. Photography, Video & Recording Consent
By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Makeup Masterclass by Alha Alfa Cosmetics for promotional, marketing, educational, and media purposes without compensation.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft during the event.
9. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or unforeseen incidents.
10. Data Protection
By registering, participants agree that their personal data may be collected and used by the organiser for event management, communication, marketing updates, and related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Certificate of Participation
Certificates (if applicable) will only be issued to participants who meet the attendance requirements and complete the full masterclass session.
