4. Health and Safety
4.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to take part in the run.
4.2 Participants with medical conditions are advised to seek medical advice before registering.
4.3 The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event.
4.4 Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the organizer, volunteers, medical personnel, and event officials.
5. Event Rules and Conduct
5.1 Participants must behave respectfully toward fellow participants, volunteers, officials, beneficiaries, and members of the public.
5.2 Any form of unsafe behavior, misconduct, harassment, cheating, or disruption may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
5.3 Participants must follow the official event route and instructions provided by the organizer.
5.4 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the event rules.
6. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
6.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, venue, route, format, or program when necessary.
6.2 The event may be postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
6.3 In the event of postponement or cancellation, registration fees may not be refunded unless otherwise decided by the organizer.
7. Donations and Charity Purpose
7.1 Funds raised from Pawnzon Charity Run 2026 will be used to support underprivileged children in local orphanages.
7.2 The organizer will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the funds are directed toward the stated charitable purpose.

10. Liability Waiver

10.2 The organizer, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and related parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.
10.3 Participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizer and related parties from any claims arising from their participation.
