1. 5KM Fun Run

  • Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Registration Fee: Early bird: RM 65; Normal: RM 80 

2. 1KM Recovery Walk

  • Specially designed for:
    • Stroke survivors
    • Individuals with Parkinson's Disease
    • Individuals aged 60 years and above
    • Individuals who have undergone lower limb surgery
    • Individuals with mobility limitations
    • Other participants upon approval by the Organizer Additional Conditions
  • Registration Fee:  Early bird: RM 45; Normal: RM 60

Indahpura Trust Physio Run 2026 powered by Genting Indahpura is a community-focused running event organized by Trust Physiotherapy Centre, dedicated to promoting rehabilitation awareness, active living, and inclusive fitness.

More than just a run, this event aims to inspire stroke survivors, post-surgery patients, elderly individuals, and the wider community to embrace movement, regain confidence, and celebrate every milestone in their recovery journey.

The event features a 1km Recovery Walk, specially designed for stroke survivors, elderly participants, wheelchair users, and their caregivers, as well as a 5km Fun Run open to individuals of all fitness levels. Participants can also enjoy a Family Carnival, health screenings, wellness exhibitions, and interactive community activities.

Through this event, Trust Physiotherapy Centre hopes to raise public awareness of the important role physiotherapy plays in recovery, encourage healthier lifestyles, and demonstrate that recovery is not about returning to the past, but moving toward new possibilities.

1. General Eligibility

  • Participants must complete the event under their own physical ability.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny or refuse entry to any participant without assigning a reason.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate.
  • Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.


1km Recovery Walk

  1. Open to:
  • Stroke survivors
  • Individuals with Parkinson's Disease
  • Individuals aged 60 years and above
  • Individuals who have undergone lower limb surgery
  • Individuals with mobility limitations
  • Other participants upon approval by the Organizer Additional Conditions
  1. Walking aids such as walking sticks, quadripods, walkers, and wheelchairs are permitted.
  2. Parents, guardians, caregivers, or family members are encouraged to accompany participants who require assistance.
  3. One accompanying caregiver is allowed to follow the participant throughout the walk.
  4. Accompanying caregivers will not receive a race kit unless they are registered participants.
  5. Caregivers who wish to receive a race kit must register separately.


5km Fun Run

  1. Open to participants of all ages.
  2. Individuals below 60 years old without significant medical conditions.
  3. Healthy and physically active individuals aged 60 years and above.
  4. Children aged below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.


2. Registration

  • Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.


3.  Safety 

  1. Participant safety is our highest priority. Additional safety measures include:
  • Ambulance standby throughout the event
  • On-site physiotherapy support team
  • First aid responders
  • Medical support stations
  • Safety marshals along the route
  • Hydration stations
  • Resting checkpoints for 1km Recovery Walk
  • Wheelchair-friendly and low-risk route design
  1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate. If in doubt, participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before registering.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to stop, remove, or disqualify any participant if continuing participation is deemed unsafe.
  3. No pets, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, or unauthorised vehicles are allowed on the route unless authorised by the Organizer.


4. Event Changes & Cancellation Policy

  1. The organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, shorten, re-route or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public safety concerns or government directives
  2. In such circumstances, registration fees shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.


5. Weather Contingency Plan

  1. Participant safety is our highest priority.
  2. In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, the 1km Recovery Walk may be replaced with an alternative indoor or sheltered activity, including but not limited to a Zumba Dance Session led by qualified fitness instructors.
  3. The decision will be made by the Organizer based on safety assessments and weather conditions on the event day.
  4. No refund will be provided if the event format is modified due to safety reasons.


6. Withdrawal from Event

  1. Participants who decide to withdraw from the event must notify the nearest marshal, volunteer, medical personnel, or event official immediately.
  2. Participants who withdraw voluntarily will not be entitled to any refund.


7.  Insurance

  1. There are PL insurance included in the participant registration fee. Any claims of injuries/accident during the event, runner shall liaise with the appointed insurance agent by the Organizer. There will be no cash claim/compensation given to the runners related to this matter. 


8. Lost and Found Personal Belongings

  1. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the event
