TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
1.1 All attendees must possess a valid Ticket2U-issued ticket.
1.2 Tickets are valid only for the date and Uppercase time slot selected during purchase.
1.3 Each attendee may only hold one (1) Uppercase slot per event day.
1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding an invalid, duplicated, altered, or fraudulent ticket.
1.5 Member Priority Access is available only to GDMY88 Members during the designated priority sale period via the private ticketing link distributed by the Organiser.
1.6 Donors who have contributed RM38 or above to the Organiser's fundraising campaign are eligible to receive one (1) unique Donor ID.
1.7 Each eligible Donor ID entitles the holder to RM10 OFF one (1) ticket purchase when entered in the Promo Code field during checkout.
1.8 Each Donor ID is valid for one-time use only, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and remains valid until the end of the event (16 August 2026, 7:00 PM MYT) or until all tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.
1.9 Expired, invalid, duplicated, or unauthorised Donor IDs will not be accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any transaction or invalidate any ticket obtained through the misuse of Donor IDs.
1.10 A maximum of two (2) tickets per event day (or a maximum of four (4) tickets across both event days) may be purchased in a single transaction.
1.11 Each attendee must be registered with a unique IC or Passport Number for the same event day. The same IC or Passport Number may be used for both event days but cannot be used more than once on the same event day.
2. Entry & Queueing
2.1 Entry to The Uppercase is strictly based on the date and time slot selected during ticket purchase.
2.2 Each Uppercase slot has a limited capacity of eighty (80) attendees.
2.3 A designated queueing area will be available approximately twenty (20) minutes before each scheduled time slot.
2.4 Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and may participate in pre-entry activities while waiting at the designated queueing area.
2.5 Entry to The Uppercase will only be granted during the selected time slot stated on the ticket.
2.6 Attendees arriving more than twenty (20) minutes after the start of their selected time slot will be deemed to have missed their allocated slot.
2.7 Missed time slots are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another slot.
2.8 Admission to a later time slot is not guaranteed and will be subject solely to the Organiser's discretion and venue capacity.
2.9 Access to The Ink is available throughout the event day with a valid ticket. However, access to The Uppercase is limited to one (1) entry during the selected time slot only.
3. QR Code & Ticket Validity
3.1 Each QR code may only be used once.
3.2 Duplicate, copied, shared, or reproduced QR codes will be rejected.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to request identification documents for verification purposes where necessary.
3.4 The attendee name provided during ticket purchase should belong to the person attending the event.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate any ticket obtained through unauthorised use, duplication, or misuse of a Donor ID.
4. Freebies & Lucky Draw
4.1 Each valid ticket is entitled to one (1) event freebies set only.
4.2 Lost, damaged, or unclaimed freebies will not be replaced.
4.3 Each valid ticket receives one (1) lucky draw entry.
4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify ticket ownership before awarding prizes.
4.5 Lucky draw prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5. Venue Rules
5.1 Please respect the venue, staff, volunteers, vendors, performers, and fellow attendees.
5.2 Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside The Uppercase.
5.3 Attendees must keep the venue clean and dispose of rubbish responsibly.
5.4 Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or damaging to venue property may result in removal from the event without refund.
5.5 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate venue rules.
6. Photography & Videography
6.1 Photography and videography may be conducted during the event.
6.2 By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
6.3 The Organiser may use such content for promotional, archival, social media, and marketing purposes without further compensation.
7. Programme Changes
7.1 Event schedules, performances, activities, vendors, installations, and programme content are subject to change without prior notice.
7.2 Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1 All ticket sales are final.
8.2 Refunds, exchanges, upgrades, and cancellations are not permitted except as stated herein.
8.3 If the Event is postponed by the Organiser, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise announced.
8.4 If the Event is cancelled due to reasons within the Organiser's reasonable control, attendees may be eligible for a refund of the base ticket price only, excluding booking fees, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges.
8.5 The Organiser shall not be liable for refunds or compensation arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government directives, venue closure, utility interruptions, civil disturbances, or force majeure events.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2 Information may be shared with Ticket2U, venue management, security personnel, service providers, and authorities where required by law.
9.3 By purchasing a ticket, attendees consent to receiving event-related communications.
9.4 Personal information will not be sold to unrelated third parties without consent.
10. Acknowledgement
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree that:
They have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
They understand the admission and slot entry requirements.
They consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
They understand that all ticket sales are final and subject to the stated refund policy.
