We are not the first generation to face hard things. But we might be the first to face them at this speed, at this volume, with this much noise.
Mental health struggles among young people are rising. Depression, anxiety, and burnout are no longer rare conversations. They are happening in your school, your church, your group chat.
STRONK is a two-day workshop designed for Gen Z and Gen A who want honest answers. Not a motivational pep talk. Not a list of dos and don'ts. A real, hands-on space to learn what resilience actually looks like when life gets hard, and what your faith has to say about it.
Dr Kam Wong, a Child, Adolescent and Family Psychiatrist from Australia and guest lecturer at MBTS, will walk you through the science and the spirituality of emotional resilience. Together you will explore how to stay present when anxiety pulls you backward, how to find your footing when the ground shifts, and how to face your hardest emotions without being destroyed by them.
This is for the ones holding it together. And the ones who are not.
