• Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Full fee is applicable for nonattendance

• A refund of 50% will be made for cancellations received in 4 weeks or more before the event.
• Alternatively you may nominate another person to subsitute your participation.
• No refund for cancellations received with less than 4 week’s notice.
