Terms & Conditions – ASEA Discovery 2026 Public Seminar

By registering for and attending ASEA Discovery 2026, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message or email.
• Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

2. Admission Fee

• Admission fee is RM10 per participant.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
• Any applicable bank or payment processing charges shall be borne by the participant.

3. Event Participation

• Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their selected session begins.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or program content without prior notice.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the event.

4. Photography & Recording

• Photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
• By attending, participants consent to the use of such recordings by the organizer for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.

5. Liability

• Participants attend the event at their own risk.
• The organizer, speakers, venue management, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or expense incurred during or in connection with the event.

6. Information Disclaimer

7. Ticket Transfer

• Tickets may be transferred to another participant by notifying the organizer prior to the event.
