1. Your Ticket & Entry
One ticket grants entry to one person for the specific day you have chosen.
When you arrive and check in, you will receive a wristband. Please keep this wristband on at all times! If you remove or tamper with your wristband, it will void your right to re-enter the venue if you step out.
All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
We are not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
2. Pricing & Payments
The ticket price listed does not include website booking or processing fees; these small fees will be added at checkout.
All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include all applicable taxes.
Payment must be received in full for tickets to be valid.
3. Event Schedule & Cancellations
Combat sports are unpredictable, so the fight card and event schedule are subject to change or modification at any time without prior notice.
Refunds are only provided in the event of a cancellation.
In case of event cancellation, purchasers will be offered a full refund within 30 days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Safety, Environment, & Assumption of Risk
We want to maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone. Because of this, we reserve the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, behavior deemed disruptive or dangerous.
I understand that there are inherent risks associated with attending and participating in a live sporting event, including but not limited to:
Risk of injury from flying objects, debris, or equipment.
Risk of injury from falls or collisions with other spectators.
5. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely for the purpose of processing ticket orders and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
