1. Ticket Validity | 门票有效性
Tickets are valid for one-time use only.
门票仅限一次性使用。
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
门票不可转让、不可退款，除非另有说明。
2. Redemption & Entry | 兑换与入场
Customers must present a valid booking confirmation / QR code for redemption or entry.
须出示有效购票凭证或二维码进行兑换或入场。
Redemption or entry is subject to venue operating hours and availability.
兑换与入场须符合场地营业时间及现场情况。
3. Date, Time & Seat Arrangement | 日期、时间与座位安排
For open tickets, customers are required to contact our customer service to reserve a date/time in advance.
若为开放式门票，顾客须提前联系客服预约日期／时间。
Seat or time slot allocation is subject to availability and on-site arrangement.
座位或时段将以现场安排及实际情况为准。
4. Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-show | 改期、取消与缺席
No-show tickets will be considered forfeited and are not entitled to refund or reschedule.
未出现（No-show）视为自动作废，不予退款或改期。
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval.
改期须提前申请，并视情况批准。
5. Late Arrival | 迟到
Late arrivals may result in denied entry or shortened experience, without refund.
迟到可能导致无法入场或体验时间缩短，恕不退款。
6. Venue Rules & Safety | 场地规则与安全
Customers must comply with venue rules and safety regulations at all times.
须遵守场地规则及安全指示。
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or operational reasons.
主办方有权基于安全或营运因素拒绝入场。
7. Final Interpretation | 最终解释权
The operator reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
主办方保留最终解释权。
