1. General & Ticketing / Am & Tiket
All ticket sales are final. Tickets sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.
Each ticket generates a unique QR code valid for one (1) entry only.
Please present your E-Ticket (QR code) via smartphone or printed copy at the entrance for verification.
The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets.
2. Admission & Venue Rules / Peraturan Kemasukan & Ruang
Doors open at 8:15 PM. The performance will begin promptly at 8:30 PM.
This event features a Free Standing setup. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Re-entry policy is subject to event staff discretion at the gate.
Attendees must follow all venue safety rules and instructions provided by event staff.
3. Event Photography & Recording / Fotografi & Rakaman
Professional audio/video recording equipment, long telephoto lenses, and tripods are strictly prohibited without prior media accreditation from the Organiser.
By attending the event, attendees grant the Organiser the right to use any official photos or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
4. Prohibited Items / Barangan Larangan
Dangerous items including weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, outside food & drinks, and oversized bags are strictly forbidden inside the venue.
5. Organiser Rights / Hak Penganjur
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, setlist, or venue arrangements if unforeseen circumstances arise.
