Every Step Matters. Every Mind Matters. Mental Health for Everyone.

Join us this World Mental Health Day for a meaningful morning of walking, connecting, and creating lasting impact. Nature Walk for Mental Health 2026 is a community wellness event organised by Joy Mind Centre to promote mental health awareness, encourage healthier lifestyles, and strengthen meaningful connections through the healing power of nature.

Participants will enjoy a refreshing nature walk alongside engaging mental health awareness activities, wellness booths, health screenings, mindfulness experiences, interactive exhibits, and family-friendly programmes designed for people of all ages.

Walk with Purpose

Your participation goes beyond the finish line. A portion of every registration fee will support Pay It Forward project, Joy Mind Centre's initiative that provides fully sponsored psychotherapy sessions for B40 individuals and families who are unable to afford professional mental health care.

Every registration and sponsorship helps remove financial barriers to mental healthcare, giving more Malaysians the opportunity to receive the support they need. Together, every step we take brings hope, healing, and accessible mental healthcare to our community. Let's walk together for better mental health, because every step matters, and every mind matters.

With every registration, you will get goodies over RM200 which include active quickdry tshirt, event medal, aura clicker, sports pouch, goodie bag and others.
