Refund & Cancellation Policy 退款与取消政策
1. Registration Confirmation 报名确认
All registrations are confirmed only upon successful payment. 所有报名须于成功付款后方视为确认。
2. Refund Policy 退款政策
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the organizer cancels the event. 除非主办单位取消活动，否则所有已购买的门票恕不退款。
3. Event Postponement 活动延期
If the event is postponed, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date. 若活动延期举行，所有已购买的门票将自动顺延至新的活动日期，无需重新报名。
4. Personal Cancellations 个人原因取消报名
Refund requests due to personal reasons (including schedule conflicts, illness, travel arrangements, or change of plans) will not be entertained. 因个人原因（包括时间冲突、身体不适、行程安排或计划变更等）提出的退款申请，恕不受理。
5. Event Changes 活动调整
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, workshop arrangements, or venue when necessary without prior notice.主办单位保留因实际需要调整活动流程、讲员、时间安排、工作坊内容或活动地点之权利，恕不另行通知。
6. Agreement 同意条款
By completing the registration, participants acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. 完成报名即表示您已阅读、理解并同意以上所有条款与细则。

1) How many meals are included? 活动包含几餐？
Lunch and Dinner are included with every registration. 每位报名者均包含 午餐及晚餐。
2) Is parking available? 现场有停车位吗？
Yes. Parking is available at:
● Wisma FGA Basement Car Park（地下停车场）
● Wisma FGA Open Car Park（露天停车场）
● Street Parking (Meter Payment)（路边收费停车位）
3) Can beginners join? 初学者可以参加吗？
Absolutely! This training is open to participants of all experience levels, whether you're just beginning or already serving in a worship ministry. If you have a heart to worship and a willingness to learn, you are warmly welcome.
当然可以！本培训开放给 所有程度的参加者。无论您是刚开始接触敬拜服事，或已在敬拜团队中服事多年，只要您对敬拜有热情，并愿意学习，都非常欢迎参加。
4) Can I change my workshop selection later? 报名后可以更改工作坊吗？
Yes. Workshop selections may be changed later, subject to availability.
可以。如有需要，可于之后申请更换工作坊，惟须视各工作坊名额情况而定。
5) What should I bring? 我需要携带什么？
We recommend bringing 我们建议携带:
● Notebook or digital device for note-taking 笔记本或电子设备（方便记录）
● Bible 圣经
● Pen （笔）
● Jacket (training rooms may be cold) 外套（培训场地冷气较凉）

● Any personal items you'll need throughout the day 其他个人所需用品
6） What time should I arrive? 我应该几点报到？
Registration will begin before the event starts. We encourage participants to arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete registration and be seated before the first session begins.
