GEMA NEONNIGHTRUN 2026
1. Participation Eligibility
- Participation is open to Malaysian citizens and non-citizens.
- Participants must be 13 years of age and above.
- Participants under 18 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent.
2. Registration
- All entries must be made through the official registration platform.
- Entry fees (if applicable) are non-refundable after registration is confirmed.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any entries that are incomplete or contain false information.
3. Participant Health
- Participants confirm that they are in good health and able to participate in the run.
- Participants with health problems are advised to seek medical advice before participating in the event.
- Participation is at their own risk.
4. Safety
- All participants must comply with the instructions of the organizer, marshal, RELA, police and security personnel throughout the program.
- Participants are prohibited from taking any action that may endanger themselves or other participants.
5. Release of Liability
- The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, property damage, injury or death that occurs before, during or after the event, except due to the organizer's negligence.
6. Running Kit
- Each participant who successfully registers will receive a running kit according to the designated category.
- Running kits cannot be transferred without the organizer's permission.
7. Running Bib
- The bib number must be worn clearly throughout the event.
- Bibs that have been modified or transferred to another individual may result in the cancellation of participation.
8. Departure Time
- Participants must be at the departure area at least 30 minutes before flag-off.
- The organizer reserves the right to close the route at the designated time for safety purposes.
9. Attire
- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable sportswear as well as neon or luminous elements to brighten up the event.
- Attire must be polite and appropriate.
10. Prohibitions
- It is prohibited to bring weapons, prohibited substances, alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
- Pets are not allowed during the run.
- Bicycles, motorcycles, electric scooters or other vehicles are not allowed on the running route unless permission is obtained from the organizer.
11. Recording & Publicity
- Participants agree that photos, videos or recordings taken throughout the event may be used by the organizer for promotional, documentation and publicity purposes without any payment.
12. Force Majeure
- The organizer reserves the right to postpone, change or cancel the event in the event of bad weather, natural disasters, government orders or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of participants.
13. Amendment
- The organizer reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if necessary.
14. Agreement
- By completing the registration, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set by the organizer.
