By registering for Battle of Physique Championship 2026, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
REGISTRATION
1. All registrations must be completed through the official registration platform within the stated registration period.
2. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment.
3. Registration fees are charged per category. Participants entering more than one category must register and pay for each selected category, subject to any applicable multi-category discount.
4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
5. Registration is personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred, resold or assigned to another person without prior written approval from the Organiser.
CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY
6. Participants are responsible for selecting the correct competition category and ensuring that they meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
7. Age, height and/or other eligibility requirements may be verified by the Organiser during athlete registration or check-in.
8. If a participant does not meet the requirements of the category selected, the Organiser reserves the right to transfer the participant to an appropriate category or disqualify the participant from that category.
9. The Organiser's decision regarding category eligibility shall be final.
REGISTRATION FEES & PAYMENT
10. Registration fees are determined by the registration period in which payment is successfully completed:
* Launch Offer: RM250
* Early Bird: RM300
* Standard Registration: RM350
* Final Registration: RM400
11. Promotional rates and discounts are only valid during their stated periods and cannot be applied retrospectively to registrations already completed.
12. Multi-category discounts, where applicable, are subject to the conditions stated on the registration platform.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
13. All registration fees paid are non-refundable, including in cases of withdrawal, inability to attend, failure to complete preparation or failure to participate on competition day.
14. Registration fees cannot be carried forward to another Battle of Physique event unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.
15. If the event is postponed, rescheduled or materially changed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, participants will be informed of the applicable arrangements.
STAGE TANNING
16. The Stage Tanning Package is RM250 per athlete and is not included in the competition registration fee.
17. The Stage Tanning Package is purchased and paid for separately from competition registration.
18. Participants who wish to purchase the Stage Tanning Package must complete payment before the applicable deadline communicated by the Organiser.
19. The Stage Tanning Package includes up to three (3) coats of competition tan, backstage touch-ups and glaze before stage appearance.
20. Tanning schedules and arrangements will be communicated to participating athletes before the event.
ATHLETE CHECK-IN & BRIEFING
21. Participants must attend the required athlete registration, check-in, measurement and/or briefing sessions at the time specified by the Organiser.
22. Participants may be required to present identification for verification.
23. Failure to report within the specified time may affect the participant's eligibility to compete.
24. Participants are responsible for monitoring official communications from the Organiser regarding check-in times, competition schedules and other important event information.
COMPETITION & JUDGING
25. All participants must comply with the competition rules, judging criteria, stage procedures and instructions issued by the Organiser and appointed officials.
26. All judging decisions and official competition results are final.
27. Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards judges, officials, staff, fellow competitors, sponsors and event attendees.
28. The Organiser reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant for misconduct, failure to follow event rules or behaviour that may compromise the safety, integrity or reputation of the event.
EVENT SCHEDULE
29. Competition schedules, category running orders, stage times and other event arrangements are subject to change where reasonably necessary.
30. Participants are responsible for being present and ready at the designated reporting and backstage times.
31. The Organiser will not be responsible for a participant missing their category or stage appearance due to lateness or failure to follow official instructions.
HEALTH, SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
32. Participants acknowledge that physique competition and related preparation involve physical activity and participate voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
33. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the competition.
34. Participants must immediately inform event personnel if they experience a medical emergency or require assistance during the event.
35. The Organiser reserves the right to prevent or discontinue a participant's participation where reasonably necessary for safety.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
36. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, competition attire and equipment throughout the event.
37. The Organiser shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except to the extent required by applicable law.
PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA
38. By participating in Battle of Physique Championship 2026, participants acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place during the event.
39. Participants grant the Organiser permission to use photographs, videos and other event footage featuring them for Battle of Physique's event coverage, social media, marketing, promotional and archival purposes, subject to applicable law.
EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
40. The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, competition format, categories, venue arrangements or other operational matters where necessary.
41. The Organiser shall not be liable for failure or delay in conducting the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, venue closure, natural disasters, emergencies or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
42. By completing registration and payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any official competition rules subsequently communicated by the Organiser.
43. The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material changes affecting registered participants will be communicated through the Organiser's official channels.
