Battle of Physique ONTHEGO Championship 2026
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed through the official Ticket2U platform.
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Registration fees are charged per category. Participants entering multiple categories must register and pay for each category separately.
- All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registration details and selected categories are accurate.
2. Category Eligibility
- Participants must meet the eligibility requirements of their selected competition categories.
- Junior Category: 23 years old and below.
- Master Category: 35 years old and above.
- The organiser reserves the right to verify participants' age, identity and category eligibility.
- Category change requests are subject to organiser approval and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Official Stage Tanning
- Official stage tanning by PRO TAN is compulsory for all competing athletes.
- The tanning fee of RM250 is not included in the competition registration fee and must be paid separately to the official tanning provider.
- Participants are responsible for completing their tanning booking before the competition.
- Failure to comply with official tanning requirements may result in disqualification.
4. Participants Below 18 Years Old
- Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- A signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be submitted as required by the organiser.
- Failure to provide the required consent may result in the participant being unable to compete.
5. Event Rules & Judging
- All participants must comply with the competition rules, judging criteria and instructions issued by the organiser and appointed officials.
- Judges' decisions are final.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, misconduct or failure to comply with event regulations may result in disqualification.
6. Event Schedule & Changes
- The detailed event schedule, registration procedures and athlete reporting arrangements will be announced once confirmed.
- Participants are responsible for staying updated through official event communication channels.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend the event schedule, competition categories, programme or arrangements when necessary.
- Participants must report at their assigned times once announced.
7. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically suitable to compete.
- Participation involves physical exertion and associated risks.
- Participants agree to follow all safety instructions issued by the organiser and event officials.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Photography & Media
- By participating, athletes acknowledge that photographs and videos may be captured during the event.
- The organiser may use event-related photographs and videos for event coverage, publicity and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
9. General Conditions
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or disqualify any participant who violates competition rules or these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect fellow athletes, judges, officials and event personnel.
- By completing registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
