Get ready to walk, move and rock pink at The Big Pink Walk 2026: Stronger Together — a 5KM community walk bringing people together in support of breast cancer awareness and advocacy.

Starting from The Els Club Desaru Coast and finishing at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, every step is a show of support for survivors, loved ones and families affected by breast cancer.

Come with your family, friends and community, bring the energy and wear your pink proudly.

WHY WE WALK 

Funds raised through The Big Pink Walk 2026 will support the Breast Cancer Support Group (BCSG) Johor Bahru in assisting breast cancer patients and survivors, including access to subsidised silicone prostheses and mastectomy bras.

Children below 12 years old may participate free of charge when accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian.

We encourage our little walkers to dress in pink and join the fun!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Big Pink Walk 2026 is open to participants of all ages. Children below 12 years old may participate free of charge and are encouraged to wear pink. Complimentary child participants will not be entitled to the official participant kit.

2. Participants below 12 years old must be accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

3. Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a medical professional before participating.

4. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email or e-ticket.

5. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details submitted are accurate.

7. Participants take part in the event at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

8. Participants must comply with all instructions issued by the organiser, event officials, marshals, security personnel and medical responders.

9. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed unfit to continue for safety reasons.

10. First-aid and emergency assistance will be available throughout the event.

11. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during the event, except where required by applicable law.

12. By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded during the event.

13. The organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos and recordings for publicity, promotional, fundraising and reporting purposes without further notice or compensation.

14. The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue, route or schedule if necessary.

15. In the event of adverse weather conditions, public safety concerns, government directives or circumstances beyond the organiser's control, the event may be postponed, modified or cancelled.

16. Any refund requests arising from cancellation or postponement shall be subject to the ticketing platform's refund policy and applicable administrative charges.

17. By registering for the event, participants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal data for event administration, participant communication and operational purposes.

18. Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

19. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
