Walk around your neighbourhood, hit the treadmill, take on your favourite route or get your family and friends together for a pink-powered walk of your own.

There’s no fixed starting line and no pressure to finish it all at once. Just move at your own pace, wear your pink proudly and make every step count.

WHY WE WALK 

Every step helps carry an important message.

Funds raised through The Big Pink Walk 2026 will support the Breast Cancer Support Group (BCSG) Johor Bahru in assisting breast cancer patients and survivors, including access to subsidised silicone prostheses and mastectomy bras.

Whether you’re walking for someone you love, celebrating a survivor or simply showing your support, you’re part of something bigger.

Once the Virtual Walk period wraps up, your Pink Pack will be on its way.

• Postage within Malaysia is included in the registration fee
• Virtual participant packs will be dispatched by 15 November 2026
• For overseas participants, including Singapore, international postage charges are not included and will be borne by the participant  

Wherever you are, every step counts. Rock your 5KM. Rock your pink. 

1. The Big Pink Walk 2026 Virtual Walk is open to participants of all ages.

2. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email or e-ticket.

3. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise determined by the organiser or required by applicable law.

4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration, contact and delivery information submitted is accurate and complete.

5. Participants must complete a total distance of 5KM between 1–31 October 2026. The distance may be completed in one session or accumulated across multiple activities.

6. Participants may complete the Virtual Walk at any suitable location of their choice and are responsible for selecting a safe environment and ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

7. Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a medical professional before taking part. Participation is at the participant’s own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Activities may be tracked using Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness/Health, Samsung Health, Fitbit, MapMyWalk or any other recognised fitness or step-tracking application.

9. Proof of completion must be submitted through the Ticket2U Virtual Run Result Submission feature by 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM.

10. Submitted results must accurately reflect the participant’s completed activity. The organiser reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate or unverifiable submissions.

11. Each successful paid Virtual Walk registration is entitled to:

    * Official Big Pink Walk Jersey  
    * Exclusive Finisher Medal  
    * Official Drawstring Bag

12. Postage within Malaysia is included in the registration fee. For overseas participants, including Singapore, international postage charges will be borne by the participant.

13. Virtual participant packs are scheduled to be dispatched by 15 November 2026. Delivery timing may vary depending on destination and courier arrangements.

14. The organiser shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.

15. By voluntarily submitting, tagging or sharing photographs, videos or other Virtual Walk content with the organiser, participants grant permission for such content to be used for publicity, promotional, fundraising and reporting purposes.

16. By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for event administration, participant communication, result verification and fulfilment purposes.

17. The organiser reserves the right to amend the Virtual Walk mechanics, challenge period, submission requirements, fulfilment arrangements or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

18. Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
