LAC x JRC Merdeka Run

1. Each ticket admits one individual.
2. LAC Malaysia reserves the right to close registrations without prior notice once the quota for each activity or event is full, even if it is before the deadline.
3. Please present your E-Ticket at the registration counter at 7am for check-in. Any last-minute participation will not be accepted. 
4. Please note that a RM2.00 processing fee will be added on top of the stated ticket price.
5. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased but are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
6. Should the event be cancelled/postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of LAC Malaysia (including heavy rain, thunderstorms, disasters, or public rally), no refund will be made, and LAC Malaysia shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
7. LAC Malaysia will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue, accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or food allergies. Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants.
8. Additional expenses outside of the event program at the venue are borne by the participants.
9. By attending the Event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the event. LAC Malaysia reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at an event, please notify the photographer during the event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.
