1. TICKET VALIDITY
This ticket admits ONE (1) PERSON ONLY and is valid for one-time admission to the Event. Each QR code may only be used once. Duplicated, altered, forged or invalid tickets will not be accepted.
2. E-TICKET & QR CODE
Ticket Holders must present a valid e-ticket with a clearly readable QR code upon entry. Do not share or publicly display your QR code. Where multiple copies of the same ticket are presented, only the FIRST SUCCESSFULLY SCANNED TICKET will be admitted.
3. IDENTIFICATION
Ticket Holders may be required to present a valid NRIC/MyKad, passport or other government-issued identification where reasonably required for age verification, suspected duplication or fraud, ticket disputes or other admission-related matters.
4. TICKET CATEGORIES
Chunk & Dunk VVIP Zone, CAT 1 (Left) and CAT 1 (Right) are reserved seating categories. Ticket Holders must occupy only the seat stated on their ticket.
CAT 2 and CAT 3 are standing categories, and access is limited to the zone stated on the ticket.
5. AGE RESTRICTION
Children below twelve (12) years of age are not permitted to enter the Event. Proof of age may be requested. Admission may be refused without refund where the minimum age requirement is not met.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE, except in the event of cancellation or postponement, subject to the Organiser’s and Ticket2U’s applicable policies and applicable law.
7. TRANSFER & RESALE
Tickets are issued for the use of the registered Ticket Holder and are not intended for unauthorised resale or commercial transfer. Tickets must not be resold, auctioned, duplicated or used for unauthorised promotions, contests, giveaways or commercial purposes without the Organiser’s prior written approval.
8. TEMPORARY EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Ticket Holders may temporarily exit the concert hall to access designated washrooms, foyer areas or other approved facilities. Re-entry is subject to the Event’s access-control procedures, which may include presentation of a valid ticket, wristband, pass or other identification issued by the Organiser.
9. EVENT CHANGES
The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event schedule, supporting line-up, programme, seating arrangements, venue layout or other Event arrangements due to production, operational, safety, regulatory or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. SECURITY & ADMISSION
Admission is subject to ticket validation, security screening, venue regulations and compliance with Event rules. The Organiser and Venue Management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person who behaves in a disorderly, threatening, unsafe or disruptive manner, possesses prohibited items, or fails to comply with reasonable instructions from Event personnel.
11. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, explosives, drones, laser pointers, outside alcoholic beverages, professional cameras, professional video/audio recording equipment and other items deemed dangerous or prohibited by the Organiser or Venue Management are not permitted.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
Unauthorised professional photography, videography, livestreaming or audio recording is prohibited. Photography and filming may take place during the Event, and attendees may appear incidentally in Event-related publicity, promotional or documentation materials, subject to applicable law.
13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & SAFETY
Ticket Holders are responsible for their own personal belongings and must comply with all safety, security and crowd-control instructions throughout the Event.
14. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
In the event of cancellation, postponement or rescheduling, Ticket Holders must refer to official announcements from the Organiser and/or Ticket2U regarding ticket validity, replacement dates and/or applicable refund procedures.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, holding or using this ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to these Terms & Conditions, applicable Ticket2U terms and the venue’s rules and regulations.
IMPORTANT: Keep your ticket and QR code secure at all times. The Organiser shall not be responsible for admission issues arising from unauthorised sharing, duplication or prior use of the ticket.
