CENTRO KLANG RUN 2016 will be held on 21 Aug 2016 and this year, runners will run through fascinating streets of Klang’s Little India, old colonial government buildings, Sultan’s palace, the royal gallery, old clubhouse, places of worship, an old fire-station, a former tin warehouse plus the very first Bak Kut Teh shop in Klang (a famous Klang delicacy amongst Klang’s Chinese) and a popular kopitiam in Klang. This Trail is similar to the guided tour of the ROYAL KLANG TOWN HERITAGE WALK, a weekly initiative by Tourism Selangor.

The Centro Klang Run consists of 9 categories: Men and Women Open, Veteran and Senior Veteran category; School Boys, School Girls, Fun Run and a Family Fun Run. The Family Fun Run is open to children age 4 to 9 years old where parents and children can run together in the 900m event. For those who join the Family Fun Run, the participants will be entitled to a special event- Family Breakfast Run in June and limited edition goody bags for the children on event day in August.
