The Asobiba Club Natsu Matsuri is a fun and casual gathering for Japanese learners and speakers to connect, make new friends, and enjoy using Japanese through festival-inspired games and interactive activities.

The event will be conducted mainly in Japanese. This is a space where you can speak Japanese as much as you like without worrying about making mistakes. Whether you are learning Japanese or already speak it confidently, we hope you will take this opportunity to practise, communicate, and enjoy real conversations with others.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending ASOBIBA CLUB Natsu Matsuri, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Details

• Date: 13 September 2026 (Sunday)
• Time: From 6:00 PM
• Venue: Sunsan Bake, Kuala Lumpur
• Ticket: RM150 per person

2. Ticket Policy

• Each ticket admits one (1) person to the event.
• Tickets are valid only for the event stated above.
• Please present your Ticket2U ticket/QR code upon arrival.
• Tickets are non-refundable due to change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person before the event. Please inform the organiser of any change in attendee details.
• Each ticket may only be used once.

3. Children & Family Policy

• Children aged 6 years and above require a full-price ticket.
• Children below 6 years old may attend free when accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian.
• Complimentary entry for children below 6 does not include a guaranteed meal, activity participation or goodie bag.
• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

4. Goodie Bag

• Goodie bags are limited to the first 30 guests only and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The stated value of RM200 refers to the approximate retail value of the items included and is not redeemable for cash.
• Items may be substituted with items of similar value where necessary.

5. Food & Activities

• Food, drinks, games and activities are subject to availability and the event programme.
• Menu items or activities may be changed where necessary.
• Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing the organiser in advance. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, activities, schedule or venue arrangements.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

7. Photography & Video

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for ASOBIBA CLUB's social media, marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such content.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organiser upon arrival.

8. Guest Conduct & Liability

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, vendors and event partners.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• Guests attend and participate in the event at their own risk. The organiser will take reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment.

9. Acceptance

• By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• ASOBIBA CLUB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
