TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Online Ticket Purchase Only / 仅限线上购票
All tickets must be purchased and payment completed online prior to the event. No tickets will be sold at the venue on the event day.
Children Below 10 Years Old / 10岁以下儿童
- Children below 10 years old are entitled to free admission. A valid ticket is not required for children below 10 years old.
10岁以下儿童可免费入场，无需购买门票。
- Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
入场时可能需要出示年龄证明。
所有门票必须提前通过线上购买并完成付款。活动当天现场不设售票，恕不接受现场购票。
2. Ticket Category Eligibility / 门票类别资格
Tickets must be purchased according to the guest’s or vehicle’s applicable category and eligibility. Guests must not purchase a higher-tier ticket category if they do not meet the relevant requirements. The organiser reserves the right to verify ticket eligibility upon entry and refuse admission or cancel the ticket without refund if the ticket category does not match the guest’s eligibility.
所有门票必须根据宾客或车辆所符合的类别及资格购买。宾客不得购买超出自身资格的高级别门票。主办方有权在入场时核实门票资格；如发现门票类别与宾客或车辆实际资格不符，主办方有权取消门票及拒绝入场，且不予退款。
3. Valid Ticket Required / 必须持有效门票
Each guest must present a valid ticket or QR code for entry.
每位入场宾客必须出示有效门票或 QR Code。
4. Non-Transferable / 不得转让
Tickets are valid only for the registered ticket holder and may not be resold or transferred unless otherwise approved by the organiser.
门票仅限登记的持票人使用，未经主办方批准，不得转售或转让。
5. Non-Refundable / 不可退款
All ticket purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law or at the organiser’s discretion.
门票付款完成后恕不退款，法律规定或主办方另行批准的情况除外。
6. Event Date & Time / 活动日期与时间
Guests are responsible for checking the event date, time and venue details before attending.
宾客须自行确认活动日期、时间及地点，并按时出席。
7. Event Programme / 活动流程
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, activities, performers or schedule without prior notice.
主办方保留在不另行通知的情况下调整活动流程、活动内容、表演嘉宾或时间安排的权利。
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances / 天气及不可预见情况
Certain outdoor activities may be adjusted, postponed or cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
如遇天气或其他主办方无法控制的情况，部分户外活动可能会调整、延期或取消。
9. Venue Regulations / 场地规定
All guests must comply with the rules and safety requirements of the venue and the organiser.
所有宾客必须遵守场地及主办方制定的相关规定与安全要求。
10. Photography & Videography / 摄影及录像
Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for event documentation and promotional purposes.
活动期间将进行摄影及录像，用于活动记录及宣传用途。
11. Organiser’s Rights / 主办方权利
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with the event rules or safety requirements.
如宾客违反活动规定或安全要求，主办方保留拒绝其入场或要求其离场的权利。

VEHICLE & SAFETY REGULATIONS
车辆及安全规定
12. High-Value Vehicles / 高价值车辆
The event will feature a large collection of high-value luxury and supercars. Guests are required to respect all displayed vehicles and must not touch, lean on, enter or operate any vehicle without the owner’s or organiser’s permission.
本活动将展示大量高价值豪华及超级跑车。所有宾客须尊重现场展示车辆，未经车主或主办方许可，不得触碰、倚靠、进入或操作任何车辆。
13. Driving Licence Requirement / 驾驶执照要求
Any person driving or moving a vehicle within the event venue must hold a valid and appropriate driving licence and comply with all instructions given by the organiser and venue management.
任何在活动场地内驾驶或移动车辆的人员，必须持有有效及相应类别的驾驶执照，并遵守主办方及场地方工作人员的所有指示。
14. Vehicle Movement & Safety / 车辆移动及安全
Guests must not move, start or operate any vehicle unless authorised. All vehicle movements must follow the designated routes, parking arrangements and safety instructions provided by the organiser.
未经授权，任何宾客不得移动车辆、启动或操作任何车辆。所有车辆移动必须遵循主办方指定的路线、停车安排及安全指示。
15. Personal Belongings & Vehicle Security / 个人物品及车辆安全
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly secured when unattended.
宾客须自行保管个人物品及贵重物品。车主在车辆无人看管时，应确保车辆已妥善锁好及采取适当的安全措施。
16. Safety & Security / 安全与保安
For safety and security purposes, guests must follow all instructions from event staff, venue management and security personnel at all times.
为确保活动安全，所有宾客必须始终遵守活动工作人员、场地方及保安人员的指示。
17. Dress Code / 服装规定
Guests are required to dress in smart casual to formal attire appropriate for the event. Skirts and shorts must be knee-length or longer. Short skirts, short shorts and overly casual attire are not permitted.
Open-toe slippers and flip-flops are not allowed. All guests are required to wear proper, fully covered footwear.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.
宾客须穿着得体的 Smart Casual 至 Formal 服装出席活动。裙子及短裤长度必须至少至膝盖或更长，不接受过短的裙子、短裤或过于休闲的服装。
**不允许穿着拖鞋、人字拖或露趾拖鞋入场。**所有宾客必须穿着合适且包覆脚部的鞋子。
如宾客未符合以上服装规定，主办方保留拒绝其入场的权利。
AIRPORT & SAFETY REGULATIONS
机场及安全规定
18. No Lights Towards Runway / 禁止向跑道照射灯光
Guests must not shine, point or direct any lights, laser pointers, flashlights or other bright light sources towards the airport runway or aircraft operating areas.
宾客不得向机场跑道、飞机活动区域或相关空域照射、指向任何灯光、激光笔、手电筒或其他强光源。
19. No Flammable Items / 禁止携带易燃物品
The possession or use of flammable, explosive or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited within the event venue.
严禁在活动场地内携带或使用任何易燃、易爆或危险物品。
20. No Smoking / 禁止吸烟
Smoking, vaping and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited within the event venue and designated airport areas.
活动场地及机场指定区域内严禁吸烟、使用电子烟或任何烟草产品。
21. No Drones / 禁止使用无人机
The use, operation or launching of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is strictly prohibited within the event venue and airport premises.
活动场地及机场范围内严禁使用、操作或放飞无人机或任何无人驾驶航空器（UAV）。
22. Aircraft Photography Prohibited / 禁止拍摄飞机
Photography or videography of aircraft is strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained from the organiser and relevant airport authorities.
未经主办方及相关机场管理单位事先批准，严禁对飞机进行拍摄或录像。
