KOUM is an intergenerational conference centered towards the northern region of Malaysia, bringing together believers of every generation — young and old — for two days of worship, teaching, and impact.

Presented by the Penang Revival Planning Group x Lentil Patch Ministry, this year's gathering is a call for the Church to rise up in faith, be transformed, and step into God's purpose for the nations. Whether you're a student, a young adult, a parent, or a pastor, KOUM is a space for every generation to encounter God together and be sent out to make a difference where they are.

KOUM Conference 2026 — Terms & Conditions

By registering for KOUM Conference 2026 ("the Conference"), organized by Penang Revival Planning Group x Lentil Patch Ministry ("the Organizers"), taking place on 4 – 5 December 2026 at The Top, Komtar, Penang, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Note: This is a non-Muslim event. KOUM Conference is a Christian gathering, and its programs, teachings, and activities are intended for non-Muslim participants.

1. Registration

• All participants must register through the official ticketing platform, Ticket2u, via the link provided by the Organizers (bit.ly/koum), prior to the event.
• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation e-ticket from Ticket2u.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

2. Tickets & Entry

• This is a free admission event. Each e-ticket admits one (1) person and is valid only for the sessions/dates specified at the point of registration.
• Participants must present their Ticket2u confirmation email, e-ticket, or QR code at the registration counter for entry.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organizers.
• Registering for a ticket does not guarantee seating; entry is subject to venue capacity and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Admission & Cancellations

• This is a free admission event; no payment is required for registration.
• As this is a free event, no refunds are applicable. However, in the event the Conference is cancelled or postponed by the Organizers, participants will be notified accordingly via Ticket2u and/or official Conference communication channels.
• The Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per individual to ensure fair access for all participants.

4. Changes to the Program

• The Organizers reserve the right to amend the conference schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue due to circumstances beyond their control, without prior notice.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants of any significant changes ahead of the event.

5. Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner throughout the Conference.
• The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the venue whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe, without refund.

6. Health & Safety

• Participants attend the Conference at their own risk and are responsible for their personal health, safety, and belongings throughout the event.
• Participants with any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs should inform the Organizers in advance.
• The Organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the Conference, except where caused by the Organizers' negligence.

7. Media & Photography

• Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the Conference for promotional, ministry, and archival purposes.
• By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such media by the Organizers across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the Organizers upon arrival.

8. Personal Data

• Personal data collected during registration via Ticket2u will be used solely for purposes related to the Conference, including communication, entry verification, and future ministry updates.
• The Organizers will not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the Ticket2u platform.

9. Liability

• The Organizers, venue, and all associated partners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, illness, or injury incurred before, during, or after the Conference, except where directly caused by the Organizers' negligence.

10. Amendments

• The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available through official Conference communication channels.

11. Acceptance

• By registering for and/or attending KOUM Conference 2026, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
