By purchasing tickets to Light Up Conference 2027 (“Event”) you are agreeing to our terms & conditions herein as well as our general Terms & Conditions of Use and Collective's Data Privacy Notice.
The Event is organised by Collective and Ayria Sdn Bhd. (“Organisers”).
This event is open to non-Muslims only. By attending to the Event, you expressly acknowledge, represent and warrant that:
the Event is intended solely for participation by non-Muslims;
you are not a person professing the religion of Islam; and
your attendance and participation in the Event is lawful under all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without liability, to refuse entry, revoke registration or tickets, deny participation and/or remove any person from the Event where the Organisers reasonably believe that such person is in breach of these terms or where such action is deemed necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, security or operational reasons.
All tickets are made available on a first come first serve basis.
All tickets are sold online and issued electronically only.
All ticket purchases are strictly personal, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-deferrable.
The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted.
The Organisers will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
This is an open seating event and seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to come early to get your preferred seat on the Event day.
The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to regulate admission, seating arrangements, entry, late admission, temporary exit and/or re-entry to the Event venue for safety, security, operational, logistical, or other programme-related reasons.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Organisers may deny late admissions, restrict entry after the commencement of the Event, and/or refuse re-entry to attendees who leave the venue during the Event, and the Organisers shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss or disruption arising therefrom.
Light Up Conference 2027 will be captured in both photographs and audio and visual footage. The Organisers reserve the right to use this material for any purposes in perpetuity.
The Organisers reserve the right to change or amend any of terms and conditions at any time as its sole discretion without prior notice.
The Organisers shall not be liable for any injury, loss of property or any other damage or loss suffered as a result of your participation in the Event. Attendees' assume all risks when participating in this Event as well as agree to use care, good judgement and abide by the rules and directions given during the Event.
In the event of any illness, injury or medical emergency during the Event, the Organisers reserve the right to arrange for emergency medical assistance, treatment and/or transportation where deemed reasonably necessary. By attending the Event, you authorise the Organisers to take such action and agree to bear and be fully responsible for all related medical, transportation and associated costs and expenses incurred.
Light Up Conference 2027 may be unsuitable for persons who are sensitive to loud music, flashing lights, strobe lighting, crowded environments and/or prolonged standing periods. Attendees are responsible for assessing their own physical, medical and personal suitability before attending the Event.
The Organisers may engage third-party vendors, service providers, payment gateway providers, ticketing platforms, venue operators, contractors and/or technical providers in connection with the Event. The Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, delay, inconvenience, failure, error, unavailability, loss or damage arising from or attributable to the acts, omissions, systems or services of any such third parties.
The Organisers reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or amend the Event’s programme, whether in whole or in part, due to operational, safety, security, legal, regulatory, logistical or unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.
In the event of any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or material amendment to the Event, the Organisers may notify registered attendees through email, WhatsApp, telephone calls, SMS and/or any other mode of communication using the contact details provided during registration.
Where applicable, any refund, credit, replacement ticket or other remedy shall be determined by the Organisers at their sole discretion and subject to the applicable refund policy communicated for the Event.
Attendees shall not, at any time, engage in any unlawful, disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or offensive conduct at the Event, venue or surrounding premises.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Organisers reserve the right to prohibit, refuse entry to, remove or take appropriate action against any person found to be possessing any of the following:
illegal substances, prohibited drugs, narcotics or drug paraphernalia;
weapons, firearms, explosives, flammable materials or other dangerous items;
alcohol or other intoxicating substances; or
any other item which the Organisers reasonably consider to pose a risk to safety, security, order, or the enjoyment of the Event by others.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Organisers reserve the right to prohibit, refuse entry to, remove or take appropriate action against any person found to be engaging in any of the following:
under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
threatening, abusive, violent, discriminatory, obscene, indecent, disruptive or harassing behaviour;
conduct that disrupts worship, performances, programmes, speakers, attendees or the orderly conduct of the Event;
unauthorised solicitation, distribution of materials, commercial activities or promotional activities;
unauthorised recording, filming, livestreaming or photography where prohibited by the Organisers;
inappropriate conduct towards minors, vulnerable persons, volunteers, staff, speakers or other attendees; or
any other conduct which the Organisers reasonably consider to pose a risk to safety, security, order, or the enjoyment of the Event by others.
The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without liability, to confiscate prohibited items, deny entry, remove attendees from the Event and/or report any matter to the relevant authorities where deemed appropriate.
The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure, delay, suspension or interruption in the performance of any of its obligations, services, programmes, activities, events and/or operations arising out of or caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, governmental actions, power failures, network or system failures, venue unavailability or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers (“Force Majeure Event”).
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Organisers may suspend, postpone, cancel or modify any affected services, programmes, activities, events and/or obligations without liability to you or any third party for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising therefrom.
