PARTICIPANT CONSENT & DECLARATION
By registering for the LGRA 3.5KM Friendship Walk 2026, I confirm that:
1. I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand that walking and outdoor activities may involve risks, including falls, injury, illness, dehydration and weather-related conditions.
2. I confirm that I—and every participant registered under my booking—are physically fit to participate. I will seek medical advice before joining if there are any existing health concerns.
3. I will follow all event instructions, safety guidelines and directions given by the organizer, event crew and venue authorities.
4. I am responsible for supervising any child, senior participant or individual requiring assistance who is registered under my booking.
5. In an emergency, I authorize the organizer to arrange reasonable first aid or medical assistance. Any related medical expenses will remain the participant’s responsibility.
6. I understand that the organizer may modify, postpone or cancel the event due to unsafe weather, venue restrictions, government instructions or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control
7. I consent to photographs and videos taken during the event being used by LGRA for event reporting, publicity and promotional purposes
8. I confirm that all registration, participant, emergency-contact and health information provided is complete and accurate.
9. I understand that my personal information will be used for event registration, communication, safety and administration purposes.
