1. Recording policy: Strictly no photography, audio recording, or video recording of any session by participants is permitted without prior written consent from LEADUCATOR. This applies to all speaker presentations, discussions, and materials shared during the event.
2. Organizer media use: LEADUCATOR and its partners may capture photo, video, and audio during the event for reporting and marketing purposes. By attending, participants consent to their likeness being used in such materials across LEADUCATOR's and its partners' channels.
3. Session access: Your Session Pass grants access to all three parallel sessions (Classroom Leadership, School Leadership, Community Leadership) running on the event day. Participants are free to move between sessions as they wish, subject to each session's room capacity.
4. Certificate of attendance: Certificates will be issued only to participants who attend the session(s) in full. Partial attendance or late arrival may affect certificate eligibility at the organizer's discretion.
5. Code of conduct: Participants are expected to engage respectfully with speakers and fellow attendees. LEADUCATOR reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event or violates this code.
6. Changes to programme: LEADUCATOR reserves the right to make changes to speakers, session content, timing, or venue due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes.
7. Liability: LEADUCATOR is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where caused by the organizer's negligence.
