1. QR Admission
One QR admits one (1) person only.
All attendees,
Please present your Ticket2U QR code upon entry.
2. Seating
Red, Yellow, Green & Blue Zones are numbered seating.
Purple Zone is Free Seating (first come, first served).
Seats cannot be changed after entry unless instructed by the organiser.
3. Entry Time
Doors open at 7:15 PM.
Show begins promptly at 8:00 PM.
Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance.
4. Photography & Recording
Photography without flash is permitted.
Video recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited.
Professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
6. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refund, exchange or transfer after purchase, except if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
7. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, performer lineup, seating layout or schedule if necessary without prior notice.
8. Behaviour
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund if they:
behave in a disruptive manner,
are intoxicated,
endanger performers or other guests.
9. Media Release
By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and documentary purposes by Marco Polo Events.
10. Prohibited Items
No weapons, illegal substances, laser pointers or items that may disturb the performance are permitted inside the venue.
