- Accuracy: The Organiser reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration containing incomplete, inaccurate, or false information.
- Availability: Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is strictly subject to slot availability.
2. Eligibility

- Minor Consent: Participants under the age of 18 must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian during registration.

- Final Sale: All registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable, unless explicitly determined otherwise by the Organiser.
- No Refunds: No refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for non-attendance, voluntary withdrawal, or disqualification.
4. Participant Declaration
By registering, participants confirm and guarantee that:
- Medical Fitness: They are medically fit and physically capable of participating in the physical activities required.
- Voluntary Risk: They participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the Event.

The Organiser reserves the right to:
- Modify Formats: Amend the event format, venue, route, obstacles, schedule, categories, or rules at any time.
- Disruption: Postpone, suspend, or cancel the Event due to severe weather, safety concerns, government directives, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control
