1. Admission: One ticket admits one person. Delegates must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the registration desk to receive their event tag.
2. Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
3. Program Changes: The event schedule, speakers, and topics are subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to make substitutions if a speaker becomes unavailable.
4. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to be respectful and hold themselves professionally. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone causing a disruption with no refund.
5. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own property. The organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items for the duration of the event.
6. Photography and Recording: By attending, you agree that the organizer may film or photograph the event. Your image may be used in future promotional materials.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances: If the conference is canceled, rescheduled, or disrupted due to reasons beyond the organizer's control the organizer is not liable to issue refunds, however the organizers will make reasonable effort to reschedule the event.
