REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Early Bird rates are valid until 30 September 2026. Normal rates will apply after the Early Bird period.

Registration is confirmed only after successful registration and payment. Slots are limited to 600 participants and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please ensure your name, contact details, race category and tee size are entered correctly during registration.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Participants should select a distance suitable for their current fitness and physical condition. Parents or guardians are responsible for registering and supervising children where applicable.

Event schedules, routes, activities and participant entitlements may be adjusted by the organiser when reasonably necessary. Goodie bag items may vary according to category and product availability.

 Event Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your registration.

1. Registration

Registration is only confirmed after the organiser has successfully verified both the registration form and payment.

Participants must ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

The organiser reserves the right to reject any incomplete or inaccurate registration.

2. Eligibility

Participants must register under the appropriate race category.

Participants getting the 700M Kids Dash at the rate of (RM 25) must first be registered for 3.5KM Kids Fun Run

Competition categories will be assigned by the organiser based on the participant's age (as of 31 December 2026) and gender.

3. Payment

Full payment must be made before the registration deadline.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Early Bird rates are only valid for registrations on or before 30 September 2026

4. Race Participation

Participants must be medically fit to participate in the event.

Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety throughout the event.

The organiser recommends that participants seek medical advice before participating if they have any existing medical conditions.

5. Event Rules

Participants must follow all instructions given by race officials, volunteers and event staff.

Unsportsmanlike behaviour, cheating, course cutting, or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

The organiser reserves the right to amend race routes, event schedules or event formats due to safety, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Event Entitlements

Event entitlements are only available to registered participants.

Merchandise, event tee sizes and race pack items are subject to availability.

No exchange of event tees or merchandise sizes will be entertained after confirmation.

7. Photography & Media

The organiser may photograph or record participants during the event.

By participating, you grant the organiser permission to use your photographs, videos or recordings for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

8. Liability

The organiser, event partners, sponsors, volunteers and officials shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness or accident that may occur before, during or after the event.

Participants are encouraged not to bring valuables to the event.

9. Personal Data

Personal information collected through this registration form will only be used for event administration, communication and related event purposes.

The organiser will take reasonable steps to protect participants' personal information.

10. Organiser's Rights

The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice if necessary.

The organiser's decision on all matters relating to the event shall be final.
