After juggling a flight attendant career and DJing for over a decade, Pooja B followed her dream & moved to Berlin in 2021 just as clubs were re-opening. She uses her understanding of dancefloor psychology to curate sets that resonate with her love for dancing. She feels most grounded in the fundamental techno sound she heard in Berlin's clubs on her first trip to the city in 2016.

Like the polarity of her femme & masculine energy, she embraces the neurodiverse spectrum of her musicality. Reflecting the place & time, you could hear her play energetic grooves, brain-massaging frequencies, or dark industrial textures.

1. Ticket Purchase

• All tickets must be purchased through official and authorized sales channels only.
• The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring all details (event, date, time, quantity, ticket type) are correct at the time of purchase.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated on the ticket.

2. No Refund Policy

• All tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the request, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend.
• Refunds will not be granted for lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets.
• This policy applies to all ticket types (standard, VIP, early bird, group, etc.) unless otherwise stated in writing by the organizer.

3. Ticket Exchange / Transfer

• Tickets may be transferred to another individual at the discretion of the organizer, subject to prior written approval.
• Ticket exchanges (e.g., date or category changes) may be permitted only if requested within the timeframe specified by the organizer and may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, Ticket Holders will be notified through the contact details provided at purchase. Refund or rescheduling options, if any, will be communicated separately and are not governed by the no-refund clause above.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
• The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Ticket Holder (e.g., travel, accommodation) due to cancellation or postponement.

5. Entry Conditions

• Ticket Holders must present a valid ticket (physical or digital) and, where required, valid identification for entry.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules, without refund.
• Re-entry may not be permitted once the Ticket Holder has exited the venue, unless otherwise stated.

6. Ticket Authenticity

• Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties are not guaranteed to be valid and may be refused entry without compensation.
• Duplicated, altered, or fraudulently obtained tickets will be voided.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the Ticket Holder's attendance or non-attendance at the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, lineup, or venue without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By completing a ticket purchase, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund policy stated in Section 2
