International Cultural Night (ICN) 2026 – Attendee Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or obtaining a ticket and attending International Cultural Night (ICN) 2026, all attendees agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
1. Admission & Tickets
* A valid ICN 2026 ticket or approved entry pass must be presented for admission.
* Tickets may be checked or scanned upon entry.
* Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event organisers.
* The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms and conditions or venue policies.
2. Prohibited Items & Substances
The following are strictly prohibited within the event venue:
* Cigarettes, smoking, tobacco products, Vapes, e-cigarettes and similar devices.
* Alcoholic beverages.
* Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
* Weapons or items that may reasonably be used as weapons.
* Knives, blades, and other dangerous or unauthorized sharp objects.
* Fireworks, explosives, flammable substances, or other hazardous materials.
* Any other item considered dangerous or inappropriate by event organizers or venue security.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the event. The following will not be tolerated:
* Fighting, physical aggression, or violent behaviour.
* Threatening, intimidating, or deliberately disruptive behaviour.
* Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward attendees, performers, or event organisers.
* Deliberate damage to venue or event property.
* Entering restricted, backstage, staff-only, or controlled areas without authorization.
* Throwing objects or intentionally creating unsafe situations.
* Any behaviour that may endanger the safety or wellbeing of others.
4. Security & Safety
* Attendees must comply with all security and safety procedures required by the venue or organizers.
* Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks if necessary.
* Attendees must not obstruct emergency exits, entrances, aisles, or evacuation routes.
* In an emergency, attendees must follow instructions from event organisers.
* Any suspicious activity, dangerous item, accident, or safety concern should be reported immediately to event organisers.
5. Respect for Cultural Diversity
ICN 2026 celebrates cultures, nationalities, traditions, and communities from around the world. Attendees must respect all cultural performances, clothing, displays, traditions, and participants.
Discriminatory, hateful, insulting, or intentionally disrespectful conduct toward any individual or cultural group will not be tolerated.
6. Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during ICN 2026 for event documentation and promotional purposes, subject to applicable venue policies and consent requirements.
Attendees should also respect the privacy of others when taking photographs or recording videos.
7. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for keeping their personal belongings secure throughout the event. Lost items should be reported to the designated event team or venue staff.
8. Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with the rules, policies, safety requirements, and capacity restrictions of the event venue in addition to these ICN 2026 terms and conditions.
9. Removal From the Event
Any attendee who breaches these terms, creates a safety risk, or seriously disrupts the event may be refused entry or required to leave.
10. Agreement
By obtaining a ticket and entering ICN 2026, attendees acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
