1. This event is open to individuals aged 13 years and above. Participants below the age of 13 may participate only if accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
2. All registrations are final. If a participant is unable to take part in the event after registration for any reason, the registration fee shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. By participating in the Tampin Neon Fun Walk, participants acknowledge and accept that they are taking part at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to participate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organiser shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage, expense, or other liability arising out of or in connection with the participant’s participation in, attendance at, or presence at the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
4. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or disqualify any individual who is known or reasonably suspected to be physically unfit to participate, whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or may compromise the safety or well-being of themselves or others, including, without limitation, any individual who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
5. T-shirt sizes selected during registration are final. No changes or exchanges will be permitted during event pack collection.
6. Images of event items, including but not limited to t-shirts and Light Emitting Diode (LED) wristbands, are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary in colour, size, design, material, or specification and are subject to change without prior notice.
7. The organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during the event for promotional, publicity, commercial, or journalistic purposes without the need for further consent or compensation.
8. The organiser reserves the right to delay, postpone, suspend, or cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. Should such circumstances result in the cancellation of the event, registration fees shall be non-refundable.
9. The organiser may, at its discretion, amend or modify the event route at any time due to safety, operational, traffic, or logistical considerations. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.
10. Participants are required to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during registration. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or disqualify any participant if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is discovered.
11. Any event-related announcements or updates, including changes to these Terms and Conditions, the event schedule, route, or logistical arrangements, will be published through the organiser’s official social media channels. Participants are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the latest updates. The organiser shall not be responsible for any loss arising from a participant’s failure to stay informed. 12. By registering for the Tampin Neon Fun Walk, participants consent to receiving event-related communications and promotional materials from the organiser relating to future events, activities, products, or promotions, subject to applicable requirements.
13. By registering for the Tampin Neon Fun Walk, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all event rules and instructions issued by the organiser.
