AllStar Legends: Experience Tickets Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all AllStar Legends Experience Packages, including the Welcome Dinner, Gala Dinner, Tour Bus Ride with Legends, Pre-Tournament Lunch and Bench Experience (each an "Experience"). By purchasing or using an Experience ticket, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
1.1 An Experience ticket grants entry to the specific Experience stated on the ticket only. It does not include entry to the AllStar Legends Match or the Legends Talk.
1.2 Each ticket admits one (1) person unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Experience tickets are available in limited numbers and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.4 The Organiser may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the ticketing page at the time of the Experience applies.
2. Eligibility & Age
2.1 Ticket holders must be at least 18 years old, or 12 years old if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian holding a valid ticket for the same Experience.
2.2 The Bench Experience is open to ticket holders aged 18 years old and above only.
2.3 Where alcohol is served, it will only be served to guests aged 21 and above, and the Organiser may request proof of age.
3. Purchase, Tickets & Entry
3.1 Tickets are only valid if purchased through ticket2U.com.my or authorised sales channels. Tickets bought from unauthorised sources may be refused without refund.
3.2 Resale, or offering for resale, at a price above face value, or use for commercial or promotional purposes, is prohibited. Such tickets may be cancelled without refund.
3.4 Ticket holders must arrive at the stated check-in time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and the Tour Bus will depart on schedule. No refunds will be given for late arrival or no-shows.
4. Legends Appearances
4.1 Participating Legends are announced in good faith, but appearances depend on availability, fitness, travel and circumstances outside the Organiser's control.
4.2 The Organiser does not guarantee the appearance of any specific Legend at any Experience, nor the number of Legends present. Where a Legend cannot attend, the Organiser may substitute another Legend at its discretion. A change in Legend line-up is not grounds for a refund.
4.3 Interaction with Legends (conversation, photographs, autographs) is at the Legends' discretion and within the time slots set by the Organiser. Personal meet-and-greet time is not guaranteed. Guests may be limited to one item per person for signing, where autograph sessions are offered.
4.4 Guests must treat Legends, staff and other guests with respect. Harassment, aggressive requests for photos or autographs, or following Legends outside scheduled activities will result in removal without refund.
5. Experience-Specific Terms
5.1 Welcome Dinner & Gala Dinner
(a) Dress code: smart casual for welcome dinner and formal for Gala dinner. Entry may be refused for inappropriate attire, including football jerseys unless stated otherwise.
(b) Seating is allocated by the Organiser. Seating near Legends' tables is not guaranteed.
(c) The menu is set by the Organiser and venue. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5.2 Tour Bus Ride with Legends
(a) The route, duration and stops are indicative and may change due to traffic, weather, road closures, police advice or safety concerns.
(b) Guests must remain seated with seatbelts fastened where fitted, and follow the instructions of the driver and crew at all times.
(c) Guests may not stand, lean out of, or throw objects from the bus. Anyone breaching safety instructions may be removed from the bus without refund.
(d) The Organiser may cancel or shorten the Tour Bus Ride for safety reasons (including haze, heavy rain or crowd control), in which case clause 7 applies.
5.3 Pre-Tournament Lunch
(a) The lunch takes place on 3 October at Park Royal Collection Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Clauses 5.1(b) to (d) apply.
(b) Legends' attendance may be shortened due to match preparation schedules.
5.4 Bench Experience
(a) Ticket holders will be seated in a designated area at or near the team bench during the match at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur.
(b) Guests must follow all instructions from the Organiser, match officials and security. Guests must not enter the field of play, speak to or distract players or officials during play, or interfere with the match in any way.
(c) Guests acknowledge that seating near the pitch carries an inherent risk of being struck by the ball or players, and participate at their own risk.
(d) Flash photography, and filming or live-streaming the team bench and dressing room areas, may be restricted.
(e) The Organiser may relocate or suspend the Bench Experience at any time for safety, operational or regulatory reasons.
6. Conduct & Security
6.1 All guests are subject to security checks. The Organiser may refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated, behaves in a disorderly, abusive or unsafe manner, or breaches these Terms, without refund.
6.2 Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and drink, professional camera equipment (detachable lenses), drones, laser pointers, flares and any item deemed dangerous by the Organiser.
6.3 Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Organiser is not liable for loss, theft or damage.
7. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
7.1 The Organiser may change the date, time, venue, schedule, format or content of any Experience. Such changes are not grounds for a refund unless the Experience is cancelled entirely.
7.2 If an Experience is cancelled by the Organiser and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket
7.3 If an Experience is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
7.4 The Organiser is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including haze, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government directives, civil unrest, transport disruption or venue unavailability ("Force Majeure"). In such cases, the Organiser will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer an alternative, and any refund will be at the Organiser's discretion.
7.5 The Organiser will not reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by ticket holders.
8. Refunds
8.1 All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as stated in clause 7.
8.2 Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method within 30 working days.
9. Photography, Filming & Recordings
9.1 The Experiences will be photographed, filmed and may be broadcast or live-streamed. By attending, guests consent to their image, likeness and voice being recorded and used by the Organiser, its sponsors and partners for promotional, commercial and archival purposes, in any media, without payment.
9.2 Guests may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use only. Commercial use of any footage of the Legends, event branding or content is prohibited.
10. Liability
10.1 Guests attend and participate at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Organiser, its sponsors, partners, venues, contractors and the Legends are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from attendance, except where caused by their negligence.
10.2 The Organiser's total liability to any ticket holder is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
11. Personal Data
11.1 Personal data collected during purchase and at the Experience will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data may be shared with the ticketing agent, venues, and security providers for the purpose of delivering the Experience, and with sponsors for marketing only where the guest has given consent.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12.2 If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version prevails.
