GENERAL INFORMATION
MY HEART, MY HEALTH RUN 2026 (“Event”) is organised by MOSHPA, in collaboration with Yayasan Canselor Universiti Tenaga Nasional (YCU) and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
Participation in the Event is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any instructions issued by the Organisers.
By completing the online registration and payment, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Event rules and instructions issued by the Organisers.
Participants are required to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or reject any registration containing false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
Participants may be contacted using the email address and/or contact number provided during registration.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and accessible.
The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, Event details, routes, schedules or other arrangements where necessary for operational, safety or regulatory reasons.
REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION
Participation is open to Malaysians and non-Malaysians, subject to the applicable registration requirements.
Registration will only be confirmed upon successful completion of the registration process and full payment of the applicable registration fee.
Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in the Event.
Participants must register under the correct category and provide accurate personal details.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration that does not meet the Event requirements.
Registration will close on 15 November 2026 or once the participant capacity is reached, whichever come first.
Race entries are strictly non-transferable. Participants are not allowed to sell, transfer or exchange their race entry, bib number or registration details with another person.
No change of running category or participant name will be allowed once registration has been confirmed,unless otherwise approved by the Organisers.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND
All registration fees must be paid in full during registration.
Once registration has been confirmed, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases where a participant is unable to attend the Event for any reason.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including adverse weather, safety concerns, government directives, venue restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organisers will provide further information through the official communication channels. Refunds, transfers or other arrangements, if any, shall be determined by the Organisers.
RUNNING KIT & RACE BIB
Participants are required to collect their running kit according to the collection schedule and instructions announced by the Organisers.
Running kit items and sizes are subject to availability. Requests for changes of shirt size after registration or collection may not be accepted.
Participants must wear the race bib assigned to them throughout the Event.
Race bibs are strictly non-transferable. Participants found using another person's bib or allowing another person to use their bib may be disqualified and removed from the Event.
Participants who fail to bring or wear the required race bib may be refused participation.
The Organisers shall not be responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced race bibs or running kit items.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically suitable to participate in the Event.
Participants are strongly encouraged to seek medical advice before participating, particularly if they have any existing health concerns, injuries or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Participants who are unwell, injured or experiencing any health concerns are advised not to participate inthe Event.
If a participant chooses to participate despite being unwell, injured or having a health condition that may affect their ability to participate safely, the participant does so at their own risk.
Participants should ensure that they are adequately rested, hydrated and prepared before taking part in the Event.
Should a participant feel unwell, experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulties or any other concerning symptoms during the Event, they should immediately stop and seek assistance from the Event Officials, Marshals or medical personnel.
The Organisers reserve the right to stop or remove any participant from the Event where the participant is deemed physically incapable of continuing safely.
Participants must follow the designated route, safety instructions, traffic regulations and instructions given by Event Officials and Marshals at all times.
EVENT DAY RULES
Participants must report to the designated starting area according to the schedule and flag-off time announced by the Organisers.
Late participants may be refused entry to the route for safety and operational reasons.
Participants must remain on the designated route and must not enter restricted areas or areas that are not part of the Event route.
The use of unauthorised support vehicles, pacers or other assistance that may affect the safety of other participants is not permitted.
Any participant who fails to comply with the Event rules or instructions from the Organisers, Officials or Marshals may be removed from the Event and/or disqualified.
WEATHER, ROUTE & EVENT CHANGES
The Organisers reserve the right to delay, modify, suspend or cancel the Event or any part of the Event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, traffic requirements, venue restrictions or other circumstances beyond the Organisers' control.
The Organisers may also amend the Event route, flag-off time or other arrangements where necessary to ensure the safety of participants and the smooth operation of the Event.
Every reasonable effort will be made to inform participants of significant changes through the official communication channels.
PERSONAL DATA, PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
By registering for and participating in the Event, participants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal information for purposes related to Event registration, administration, communication and other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Participants acknowledge that photographs, videos and other recordings may be taken during the Event.
By participating in the Event, participants grant the Organisers and appointed parties the right to use such photographs, videos and recordings for Event-related, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further notice or compensation.
LIABILITY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
While the Organisers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and smooth running of the Event, participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organisers, sponsors, partners, officials, volunteers andappointed personnel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or other consequences arising from participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the Event.
By completing the registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any instructions issued by the Organisers in relation to the Event.
The Organisers reserve the right to make the final decision on any matter relating to the Event.
