This event is bringing together Japanese learning, conversation, games, and cultural activities in a casual and welcoming environment.

Whether you're just starting your Japanese journey or have been learning for years, there's a place for you here.

Our Weekly Activities

10/10 — 日本語会話勉強会
A relaxed Japanese conversation session where you can practise speaking, share your thoughts, and build confidence using Japanese in a friendly group setting.

17/10 — 日本語交流会
Play, talk, and connect! Enjoy games and group discussions while practising Japanese and getting to know other participants.

24/10 — はじめてのにほんご
New to Japanese? Start your Japanese journey with simple, useful expressions and beginner-friendly activities. No previous experience required!

31/10 — 折りながら話そう！
Fold, chat, and enjoy Japanese culture together! Make origami while practising casual Japanese conversation in a relaxed and creative setting.

• Venue: Garden Dining Food Court, LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre

• Participation Fee: RM35 per person

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending ASOBIBA CLUB Weekly Events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Details

• Date: Every Saturday (from 10th - 31st Oct 2026)

• Venue: Garden Dining Food Court, LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre

• Participation Fee: RM35 per person

• Time: From 3:00 PM to 4.30 PM

• Includes: One drink from our selected menu

2. Ticket Policy

• Each ticket admits one (1) person to the event.
• Tickets are valid only for the event stated above.
• Please present your Ticket2U ticket/QR code upon arrival.
• Tickets are non-refundable due to change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person before the event. Please inform the organiser of any change in attendee details.
• Each ticket may only be used once.

3. Children & Family Policy

• Children aged 6 years and above require a full-price ticket.
• Children below 6 years old may attend free when accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian.
• Complimentary entry for children below 6 does not include a guaranteed meal, activity participation.
• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.

4. Food & Activities

• Food, drinks, games and activities are subject to availability and the event programme.
• Menu items or activities may be changed where necessary.
• Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing the organiser in advance. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, activities, schedule or venue arrangements.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

6. Photography & Video

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for ASOBIBA CLUB's social media, marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such content.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organiser upon arrival.

7. Guest Conduct & Liability

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, vendors and event partners.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• Guests attend and participate in the event at their own risk. The organiser will take reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment.

8. Acceptance

• By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• ASOBIBA CLUB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
